“Low loft bed no headboard. Great looking bed that is simple to put together. Very impressed. Simple easy transaction and they kept to there timeframe for delivery.”

“I would love to write a review on the bed, unfortunately I have no idea what it's like. I paid for their white glove delivery and build and delayed the date of delivery to one that could accommodate the installation also, took the day off work as until late the night before you only have a 7am-9pm delivery slot. Only to have the bed dumped the next morning at 7.40 with the driver saying 'yeah I'm on my own, nothing I can do, can't build it and can't take it to specified room.' Of course you can't get through to the company until 9am, for them to say, 'we'll try to send someone out in a week or two for the build, nothing else we can do.' Such terrible service, my advice would be to go elsewhere, such as big bed company. The service and after care is far superior. Hoping once the bed is built that it isn't going to be as terrible as the delivery / aftercare service. I can imagine it will be a nightmare to return if it is.”

Good Afternoon, Please accept our apologies for the delivery issue. Due to illness in the delivery teams one Van did have to only have one driver. The Logistics Managers were unable to let customer service know until we opened also. We apologise that the timings did not match up and we were unable to call you to make you aware first. Sadly your delivery area is only on a Wednesday with the assembly service, the soonest date we could offer you was the very next Wednesday. We have refunded you the original additional Assembly fee you have paid for the failed assembly on the 19th. The team will be attending to assemble on the 26th. If you wish to return your order once it is built, we can arrange the team to come out and disassemble the bed frame to take it away. Please be aware it will be a Wednesday due to your postcode area. Once it is returned you will be refunded. All refunds a processed within 14 working days. We do hope that you are happy with your bed once it is assembled. Again please accept our apology for the communication issues and the failed assembly of your bed frame. Kind Regards, Marie Customer Service Advisor

“Bed arrived on the scheduled day. I was sent a message beforehand to tell me an estimated time of delivery. The delivery men were friendly and delivered the bed to the bedroom of choice. They were quick to assemble the bed in the room. Most helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend.”

“I bought a bed frame. It was delivered on time and the drliverers were friendly and professional. They took away all the wrappings. I have not not yet used the frame as I am waiting for the mattress. The product looks good as per description but yet to see the performance. I am giving 4 stars for now. I will come back when I have used the product. Hopefully it will be 5 STARS.”

“Easy to use website and place order. Delivery came as expected on date given. Found it very easy to put beds together following the instructions that came with delivery. Beds are a great. I'm so happy with this purchase. If ever I need a bed I will order again from 'GET LAID BEDS'”

“The overall choice and service are very good but we were disappointed with the method of construction of our floating bed and the instructions to build it. The components are of good quality but the construction relies on screws alone so the finished article is prone to creak and apparently move. The instructions are oversimplified and there is an error in what screws to use where.”

“Mostly pleased with my new bed. Shipping was a bit difficult as I had 5 of 6 boxes delivered so couldn’t build my bed when required. A few boxes had some small damage and a few bed parts have dents/marks, I’ve just built this in a way that you can’t see them as I needed the bed ASAP. Quality seems quite good, it’s a bit more “flat pack/ikea” than I expected but everything went together nicely and the build was simple.”

“Wow. I am well and truly impressed. Mine was a flawless experience from start to finish. From the ordering process, through to the delivery and assembling service we hired, everything was awesome. The bed itself is amazing too, and exceeds expectations. The 3 installers put the bed up very quickly and were really nice.
