“The instructions were not clear at all, especially when saying which parts were already assembled and which was not. The wooden pieces were not labelled great nor were any directions given so you knew to lay things the right way, the wood is solid as expected however soft with "pre drilled holes" not correctly aligned meaning you needed to make your own. I wish there was more information online regarding this particular bed, for example that there was no base to it so clothes cannot be directly payed under the bed as it it, and also that if you choose to go for no headboard, you will not get the holes/screws to add any headboards you may already have. The screws were not clearly labelled so trying to figure out 30mm from 35 mm and 50mm from 60mm and so on was a pain to say the least! If I ordered from here again it seems you would have to pay for them to assemble it yourself unless you have another bed to sleep on in the meantime but then didn't feel like the difference in cost would be worth it! I did get a delivery slot with live tracked timer on the day of delivery so didn't receive the call from them, I also didn't get them to bring it into the house so no shoe coverings were needed either but overall the company have been alright, just the way things were not made clear was annoying!”

“Excellent, from beginning to the end. The service from the initial enquiry was followed through, the bespoke design came to life when it was installed by a great crew of white glove assembly people. Susan and Chris were friendly and professional. I'd like to Thank Lindsey and all the staff esp those in the factory who custom-made my bed to perfection. Lovely Greywash colour too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you”

“While the bed looks great and is very comfortable building it was not easy. Several of the joints needed cleaning with a chisel to get them to fit properly and there were not enough screws of one size and too many of the other meaning I had to search my own supplies to complete construction. While not a huge issues it did mean that the job took far longer than it should.”

“Superb delivery from Franqui & Pete, who went above and beyond by helping us take apart the old bed which we were still struggling with when they turned up. Put the new bed together quickly, and did a great job too. The bed is really sturdy and comfy too!”

“Disappointed with the quality of the bed. Centre rail doesn't fit in unless by force but cracked the wood. The screws for the headboard are designed badly which would be very difficult to screw in!”

“Ordered the Low Tokyo bed because I like the low, loft style but mainly so my senior dogs can still get off and on the bed. It arrived on time and I was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery. The bed came in 5 numbered boxes and was simple to build with two people. It looks exactly as advertised and the wood finish is great. Had it a few weeks and it's solid, very happy with the value for this bedframe and the dogs love it”

“Amazing! Love our new bad through and through! We've got the white ottoman super king and it has become Thee place in our new flat. Also I'd like to mention separately a superb installation and assembly service we have received. Amazing team and superb quality- if I need another bed for our future new house in Scotland- that will again be this company!”
