“Thrilled to bits with my bed, with the size, look and mechanics. Had a small problem at first but that was sorted out very efficiently. Office staff very helpful as were the delivery men. I would have no problem recommending the company to anyone.”

“The bed was delivered a week or so after placing the order, we were kept updated on progress throughout.. The bed itself didn't feel like it was worth the price however, and where the slats should go wasn't marked either.”

“The only bed company I could find that did an angled headboard. The choice of finishes is great for the Japanese storage bed and the 3D model is excellent for viewing it.”

“Phenomenal - great service, awesome bed and a breeze to build in a matter of minutes. It looks beautiful, is solid and is exactly to spec. By sleeping experience has been transformed- thank you. With the Japanse Storage Bed I feel like I've been transported to Tokyo ;)”

“Nice bed quickly delivered, considering it is "custom made". Only problem was the notification for the delivery slot was sent out at 04:05 AM for a delivery slot of 7 to 9 AM the same morning, it was actually delivered just after 10 AM, so I could have got up an hour later!”

“Beautiful beds. Solid wood, incredibly well made. Just like the pictures. Staff were very helpful with working out mattress sizes for underneath guest beds. Delivery and assembly team were fantastic and did a brilliant job.”

“It's easy to assemble and makes a good strong bed frame, the delivery was on time, it has a good clean look to fit in with my room however I end up decorating it, nothing to criticise at all only praise.”

“The Customer Service and Support was 10 out of 10. Very quick in getting back to you no matter the ways of communication. Tried the live chat as well as email and both were helpful and quick to get back to me with the answer to the help I needed. The assembly team was also on point. Very kind, punctual, fast and clean. The Bed need a bit more attention than I was expecting to give concerning the opening and closing of the Ottoman. But the material and finish are as beautiful as I was expecting.”

“I ordered the king size platform bed (no headboard) / pine / cinamon. Fantastic customer service from Get Laid Beds, they keep you updated, quick delivery and the delivery guys were very courteous. The bed is fantastic quality, really happy with it, I'd recommend buying from GLBs”

“I am disappointed. I ordered the beds and mattresses via phone because i did not want to make a mistake with sizes etc. My beds and mattresses arrived today. Both mattresses are too big for the frames. The bottom mattress in particular lacks sufficient headway to be pushed under the top bed. I would have thought that the person who guided me through the order would have known that the mattresses were unsuitable. It is possible because of this that your drivers did not provide the supposed full white glove experience that i paid for when they realised. I was on the phone when they hurriedly left my apartment and by the time i went into the room to check, they had left the mattresses unpacked. The whole setup is an eyesore. As you can see from the picture, the bottom mattress is a tight squeeze and everything frankly is unsatisfactory. Coupled with the delivery debacle, i am very displeased! I'd give a zero star if possible. I trust that someone will look into resolving this.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your recent reviews. We are very sorry to hear that you have received something you were not expecting. I can see that you are in contact with the Technical Supervisor and they have explained that there has been an error with the measurements on the guest bed legs and they have been made too tall there for making the space between the two beds smaller than normal. Our drivers will not remove mattress packaging in any instance as this would deem your mattresses unreturnable. This is up to yourself to do, as stated in all terms on the website along with any other company mattresses are non returnable if the packaging is removed due to hygiene, this information is available to your before, during and after purchase on the website. The drivers would not normally inform you of this as this is standard practice and would have been no different for yourself on this occasion. The size of the mattresses and the need to customise the top bed was discussed fully at point of sale, the agent fully informed you of what we will need to do to enable the mattress to fit under the bed, this was stated at the beginning of the call and again towards the end when you questioned this. We can provide the calls for you if you wish to listen to as all calls are recorded for training purposes. We have offered a full explanation and apology for the mistake and are organising replacement parts to be sent out to you. This is certainly not what we would like for our customers and we of course want to put the mistake right for you.
