Customer service was great in terms of enquiring before purchase. The bed was relatively ok to assemble although if the option to have someone do it, was available, I would recommend you go for it. The quality is great and we are v happy with the bed. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible quality and looks beautiful! The instruction manual could use a bit of proofreading though. Had to redo a handful of screws because the instructions said to use the black (round-headed) screws instead of the flat silver ones

Excellent service and product. Couldn't be happier. The bed is super comfy. The assembly team, we're quick, clean, efficient and very well-mannered. It is surprising how many pieces of wood there were so unless you really enjoy DIY, it's a service well worth paying for. We had two full-size drawers included and being on wheels they slide out really easily.

Superbly made, carefully delivered and all parts complete. All parts lined up perfectly so assembling was easy. This is our third GLB item and we will order again for sure

I purchased two beds and mattresses and I absolutely love them. The quality of the beds is very high and they were quick to assemble. Also, the delivery team, Chris and Susan were brilliant, thank you so much.

the bed base itself is fine, and the drawer underneath works well. HOWEVER, their delivery was APPALLING. I paid for assembly and the delivery guy was in a huge rush and just said there was no parking and dumped the bed in its box in my front hall and left. I spent 45 minutes on the phone begging for them to come back as I really needed the bed assembled on the day I had confirmed weeks before. They claimed it was because there was 'no parking' but the guy just did not want to assemble! The delivery office told me no one could come back as they were too busy, and then told me they would follow up. No one did. They are completely unreliable and have very poor customer service which is disappointing as they market themselves as customer friendly. I guess I would recommend their beds as the base we bought is fine - but be prepared to be utterly disappointed by the assembly service. It was a joke! Get your own guy to do it. and if something goes wrong, be prepared that they will not try to help at all. I remain so upset

Good Afternoon, We are extremely sorry for the way in which the delivery team handled your delivery. There are procedures set in place in the event that there is no suitable available parking. This is in place to ensure the drivers do their very best in all aspects to park and fulfil the full assembly for our customers. I am sorry this procedure was not successful or was not followed correctly on the day. Overall the service was great they delivered on time and the bed is good quality. Can't give 4 stars as some of the measurements stated on the site were unclear and caused confusion. Still I can recommend this company to anyone as everything else was perfect.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. We visited the showroom and were seen by Ellie. Ellie was always available when we had a query and let us try out many of the beds for as long as we liked. There was no hard sell at all but a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Ellie had all the information in her head which was very impressive given the wide range of beds available. We picked the White Glove + Assembly option. The two people who attended were efficient, professional and friendly at all times. It was a pleasure to meet them and they (and Ellie) are a credit to Get Laid Beds. A friend of ours recently used one of the beds and said it was one of their best night sleeps !! We will be recommending Get Laid Beds to all our friends in the future.

Current review is 1 star only. The instructions for the underbed storage boxes did not match the items delivered so I am unable to build the second box. The bed itself has not been fully delivered - the legs and potentially also several bed slats are missing. Delivery was only on Friday so I'm hoping this can be resolved, but so far there has been no response at all to my emails. Will be looking to pursue through the courts if my emails continue to be ignored.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave your reviews. Emails sent over the weekend may take a little longer to get responded to due to different staffing levels and office opening times. On Mondays we respond as fast as we can to all enquires that have come in. We are sorry for the delay. The missing hardware was arranged to be sent out for you on Monday. We are sorry that your order was split by the courier, all items are dispatched together by us and collected together by the courier. Once it has been received at the delivery depot the boxes are organised to be loaded onto vehicles. It would have been at this point the mistake had happened. We did contact the couriers to make the necessary arrangements to have this mistake rectified as soon as they were able. I can see that you have been in contact with them to organise a different date more suitable for your availability. We really do apologise that you have been affected by this mistake. As an online retailer we rely on outside couriers to deliver the majority of our orders and it is disappointing when such issues occur.
