Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With White Glove deliveries the bed frame is partially assembled already as it arrives. The additional screws will be tucked into the protective packaging on the legs. If they are not there please do contact Customer Service directly to have a new set sent out to you via first class mail. “Bed looks lovely, we had a few problems installing it - the middle plank was too long but luckily we had the equipment to cut it. And the screws that go inside the hardwood frame of the bed were too short - but we had longer ones in the tool box. Make sure you have a power drill to install. Apart from that everything looks lovely and very comfortable.”

“The bed arrived as scheduled in 3 boxes. Assembling was a little awkward so will need a least one other person (if not two) and a good electric screwdriver. Great quality - Looks and feels great.”

“The bed is a good quality product but the clarity of the assembly instructions was very poor. It didn't help that there were stickers on the components that did not seem to relate to the assembly. I assume they are related to the company's production process. It also took a lot of work to assemble the bed, requiring a mallet and quite a bit of brute force, which I think a lot of people might struggle with.”

“The bed arrived on time and with excellent communication ensuring I did not have to sit around waiting. I recommend getting the bed fitted as it is not as easy to put together as you may imagine but the guys who fitted it were quick and very professional. If I ever need another bed this is the firm for me.”

“Totally flat pack. Seems not good value for money. It’s very difficult to get a refund. Have to wait for collection and they charge £25 . Apparently another 14 days to wait for the refund. A very very bad experience.”

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you did not understand that your frame would be delivered in flat packed format, in single panels. You decided to return the item due to this misunderstanding. The products were not faulty, therefore in normal circumstances you will need to return the items at your own cost, however we have arranged a collection for you. Once it has been returned to us you will receive the refund of the cost of the beds frame. You will not receive a delivery fee refund. This is the £25 that will be withheld from the refund. No extra charges will be made. I'm sure you understand that no company can refund you the total cost for an item that you still have possession of. The collection that we have arranged is for 3 days time. You are still welcome to make your own arrangements for a different return date. Once the items have been accepted and checked as fully returned your refund will be processed. This can take up to 14 working days to complete, however this is generally much sooner than this. After it was delivered I can see you contacted us to add the Assembly service. Due to the frame and the way it has been delivered ( flat packed fully) the assembly service is not an additional option we can provide after it has been delivered.
