“The bed was delivered in very convenient boxes. The quality is amazing and it was really easy to put together with an electric screwdriver. I would definitely order from them again. The build quality looks great and it feels strong and supportive.”

“Amazing and sturdy bed which does not creek at all but the assembly was so hard and time consuming as the holes for the screws aren’t drilled in all the way so screwing in screws (even with an electric drill) is very hard nonetheless the bed is amazing”

“Very good service from start to finish. Found the bed on line but had a question which was answered in seconds on the phone. Once ordered they were good at communicating order progress and even delivered earlier thank expected after checking it would be ok for us.”

“Communications excellent throughout process including delivery. Assembly fairly simple with a little bit of thought.4 screw missing but I had similar. Both bed and mattress of excellent quality. We have yet to sleep on it. Great value for money and it’s good to be supporting British Craftsmanship.”

“The bed arrived on the date stated and was delivered to the room required in the house. It appears of good quality. Assembly whilst not easy was straightforward enough. The image of the under-bed storage drawer showed a full-length drawer but the one received is only half the length of the bed. It may be that I did not read the small print.”

“Material is absolutely brilliant,very good instructions easy to follow.Unfortunately 2 screw holes didn't line up ,therefore my husband needed to drill some extra holes.If that wouldn't have happened,I would have given 5 stars. The matress is very comfortable.I definitely will use this company again. Our son recommended this company ,as he a got a bed from them too. Excellent service and the delivery was excellent too.”

“Delivery changed at the last minute to without the white glove service. terrible instructions to construct and am left with piles of cardboard now. get a bed from a proper shop. I had zero trouble setting up an ottoman bed from dreams. completely overpriced for the quality”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to see you were disappointed by our delivery service. You were contacted 16 days before your original delivery date to offer a new delivery date of one day earlier. We had to offer a new White Glove delivery date because the routes had changed for the new year to increase its availability across the country. This means your postcode was no longer covered on that particular day of the week but now on a different day. With the White Glove service there would have been some assembly still required as you had not chosen the full assembly service. As an alternative we did offer the flat packed service for the original delivery date you chose. You opted to accept the flat packed delivery service option. We are sorry that you find the instructions difficult. This is one of the more detailed bed frames and will require more assembly than a basic frame. We appreciate all feed back regarding the instructions and will make improvements where possible. I can see that you are still in contact with customer service regarding the assembly of the bed frame and they have sent out detailed images to try to assist you. If you need further assistance please do continue to reply to the team. We are sorry that you are having difficulty assembling the frame and that the change in delivery was disappointing. “Bed kit arrived promptly - good delivery tracking. Several pieces slightly dented but managed to hide the worst during construction. One bed end was missing two sets of pre drilled holes and no screws for the bed slats were provided. Finished article looks ok and seems fit for purpose but very disappointed and do not consider this purchase was good value for money - basically £500 for a pile of planks!”
