“Great, sturdy hight sleeper bed. Superb quality, solid wood. It was a really tough job to build it, the wood is too hard for the screws so even a professional electric screwdriver struggled with it. If i order again i will definitely use the assembly service. My only issue with the design is the ladder, the steps have little gaps in between and feels a bit slippery, hope it won’t be an issue.”

“Well constructed, relatively easy to assemble. Underbed drawer could not be totally completed as a few screws were too long, but that can be rectified later. It is not easy to pull out as there are no handles or hand slots.”

“We have received damaged bunk bed for kids and we did refused to take the product on delivery. Now our kids has to sleep on the floor on mattress as we do not have any bed for them, this is really unacceptable. We have been told the replacement bed will be delivered but till then our kids need to sleep on the floor. When we asked for compensation for the inconvenience that is what we got as a response. "In regards to a partial refund, unfortunately we do not offer this alongside a full bed replacement. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused. If you wish for a refund we can cancel your replacement for you and issue a full refund." They are very arrogant and not best provider, very poor customer service.”

To avoid any disappointment the delivery team should have assembled it for you to use in the meantime while we made a whole new bed for you as structurally this would not have caused any issues to you. We are very sorry that our procedures in resolving your issues did not meet your expectations. I can see that the customer service team were polite and clear throughout the communication. Your full replacement bed frame was delivered and assembled the following week, due to all of our products being made to order the was the earliest we were able to make the replacement and provide the assembly service. “Very pleased with our king size Oxford bed. Easy to order from their website at a good price. Lots of choice too. Delivery was excellent and we paid a little more for delivery to the bedroom. Overall, would highly recommend the company.”

“Very happy with our new king size bed. Was delivered to our room of choice and quite straight forward to put together. The only thing was that we needed to screw down each slat (there wasn’t pre built slots or holes for this). But the overall finish is sturdy and looks great.”

“The bed is OK, but for the price I expected better. However, only 18 of 90 (20%) of the screws and screw cups were delivered. I was offered next day delivery for the missing hardware, which meant completion of my son's bedroom would be delayed (bearing in mind everything was timed for during school half term), or I could purchase the hardware myself up to the value of £10. Because there was so many missing, the hardware cost ~£15 and additional compensation has been declined. So, I recommend you don't plan to build any Get Laid Beds product on the day of delivery, or, be prepared for a trip to screwfix and some unexpected costs, frustration and admin.”

“Very pleased with the space saving design and the wood was a nicer finish than expected. Some of the screws were very hard to get in with a hand screwdriver but I managed it eventually. The instructions could also be a little clearer, especially for the slats, although it's fairly obvious what needs to be done. Mattress is very comfortable and all in all, a good purchase.”

“When ordeing the bed I specified a date as this was a present for my son. Upon delivery only 3 of the 4 parcels turned up. The 4th was lost. It took a lot of emails, phone calls and messages to GLB and Panther. I also had to escalate this within GLB as the responses given were poor. I did manage to get it delivered within the week, but sadly not in time for the birthday. The quality is good, and it was easy to put together. Not sure I would put myself through this again.”

“I think the product (Low Fuji attic bed) is excellent quality and should last for years to come, and I am very happy with it. However I built it myself and the instructions were very confusing. The list of contents on the paper instructions did not match what I had been sent, also the 3D image on the website did not match what I was supposed to build. I got there in the end with customer service who were great, but they really should include instructions on the website that exactly match the product ordered - it would have saved me a lot of time!”
