“Great quality product delivered on time - went for the Cambridge in walnut and it looks superb and is really solid. Only downside was the woeful assembly instructions but we'll let them off given how good the fully assembled product is.”

“The service was very good. We were kept up to date on the status of the order and delivered on the day I asked for. All in all it was a really good experience and when I refurb the spare rooms I’ll definitely be back for new beds.”

“It's a second bed I bought from you and I don't like this one. The colour seems to be completely wrong. I ordered "cinnamon" but i looks more like "ash" from your website. Every time I look at it I think I don't like it.”

“The purchase process over the phone was smooth and I was expertly helped by Ellie. We did arrange for assembly, and I asked if the assembly team might help to bring the old bed down. Although this is not guaranteed, I was assured that they wouldn't mind. Not so! The delivery team was rude. Although the bed was set up quickly and well, the 2 person delivery team left without asking for a signature or even bothering to say goodbye. We came down to an open front door to a busy with the delivery van gone!”

Good Afternoon, I am very sorry for any misunderstanding on our behalf that may have occurred. We don't offer to take down or move existing bed frames if they are not from Get Laid Beds. If they are a Get Laid Beds frame this service is possible and will need to be booked at point of order as a paid service. However, the delivery team could have handled this completely differently . “I have yet to have my bed. It was to be delivered last Tuesday but you sent it to the wrong address Then it was lost and now it is in Northampton. Thete is no word of its delivery.”

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you have had an unexpected delay to your order. It is very disappointing when such errors occur as we do rely heavily on external couriers to deliver a high percentage of our orders. It is often the case that when issues like this happen the couriers will contact the customer directly with a new delivery date first before giving us any further information. They did try to contact you over the weekend, when they cannot get through they will leave a voicemail. We have found that this is the fastest and most efficient way to resolve such issues because the customer is kept up to date directly. Please be assured that the Customer Service Team will also still continue to liaise with the couriers and you until this is resolved. “The bed was great but the delivery experience very poor. It took me ages to get them to understand I needed bit of notice to agree delivery date and kept getting told up to fedex. When fedex delivered it was badicslly dumped on the path outside my 3rd story apartment. I was not expecting it to be taken up but bit more customer service would have been great as actual product very good .”

“Best service ever! We needed the bed quicker than the online delivery option as we had guests due to stay so I called to see if there was anything they could do to help. The person in the office ran over to the warehouse to catch the mattress order for that week and then confirmed that the bed would be produced and delivered in time. We purchased a kingsize Low Platform Bed with curved legs and the Pocket 1000 Pillow Top Mattress with a Fitted Mattress Protector in Quilted Cotton. We had regular updates on the status of delivery and the actual delivery people were very professional & courteous. Our guests arrived that evening and said it was the best sleep they had ever had! Thank you Get Laid Beds - highly recommended for quality and service.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish! I had a query on my order which I contacted them about over a bank holiday. The phone was answered immediately and my query was dealt with, with no fuss at all. Communication was excellent throughout and delivery on time! Oh and the bed is brilliant too!”

“Superb customer service and fantastic beds. We had received confusing information from the delivery company as to when the 2 beds we ordered would be delivered. I spoke with Cara who listened to my concerns and then followed up with an answer to what had become a rather confusing admin error by the delivery company. The beds were delivered on time and are of great quality. I would have liked for them to have been assembled but we're in a very rural location and at this time that service isn't available. However, the instructions were clear and we did manage to put them together and are very pleased with the result. We will need another bed for our spare room and I will definitely order from Get Laid Beds”

“I am very pleased with the bed. However, “some assembly” was not accurate. Far too many pieces to construct - I would not have been able to do this without my son-in-law who found it difficult despite having the skills.”

“Delighted with every aspect of the company and product. Good communication from ordering to delivery on the processes. I paid for assembly and the people who did that were respectful of my home. Product is excellent quality, this is absolutely going to last me a very long time. So pleased I chose this company.”
