“The driver arrived a few minutes earlier for both of my bookings. They’re very responsible and taking punctuality very serious compared to other companies :) I will definitely book through Gettransfers again.”

“The driver was waiting with a sign right outside the arrivals. He was on time, the vehicle had air conditioning and was large, and on our return, the pick up was on time, which is always a concern since it was at 06:55 but fantastic service.”

“First time using gettransfer.com I had no issues with pick up, driver was lovely. On return route driver was about 10-15 mins earlier however I did get a call from customer service about that.”

“Blaming it on the pandemic, they withhold the carriers earnings…one-third to be exact. The say they will payout in thirds but if you’re not using the app you get no payout. Well over a year and a half has gone by and I’m still waiting on my money. Just emailed support a week ago to terminate the agreement. Today I get the following response: Dear partner, Notwithstanding the currently unstable epidemiological situation, we are not giving up on our commitment, and currently, we are doing our utmost to transfer the remaining payouts as soon as it is possible. Sincerely yours, GetTransfer.com Team UNACCEPTABLE”
