“TRANSFER NOT COMPLETED!!! We booked a transfer (round trip) for October 24 (stockholm-Arlanda / Stora Nygatan 20 – Stockholm) and October 28 (Stora Nygatan 20 – Stockholm / stockholm-Arlanda). This couldn't be honoured... Apparently the driver just didn't come (and made some inconvenience for us...nobody was waiting for us when we arrived in stockholm, and we had to make arrangements to make the trip by our own means and at our expense = 695 SK). The only response we got was, "The driver's behavior is inappropriate and we will take serious action on him." For the return, we were offered a "solution" with a supplement of 49€... knowing that it did not seem "safe". So we had to manage (again) to find a solution (still at our expense: 695 SK). We therefore naturally requested reimbursement of the sums presented for the service which was not rendered (no more no less, despite the damage suffered)! What we were told by different interlocutors: “You have accepted the user agreement where all the information on the refund policy is issued. Please check paragraph 4 of the terms and conditions”. Clearly you have a right to have (great!) still need to have a project... and the desire to solicit this company again! In short… this company seems to put up with its shortcomings, and does not respect all of its customers who pay for a service without it being provided. It looks like a commercial scam!”

“We ordered a car with a child seat but the driver we booked couldn't find it. I contacted customer service and they found another driver with a seat within 25 minutes.”

“A good app, I got a lot of offers for my booking. It’s much cheaper than taking a taxi. Booking is easy, you get full info on the car and the driver, etc. A year ago my trip was canceled and I got a refund no issues. They money was there, I’ve used it to pay for a transfer to Istanbul airport.”

“Gettransfer saved me at the Paris airport when my plans changed last minute. I booked a car when I was already at the airport, and it arrived in 30 minutes. The driver came quickly, helped with my bags, was friendly and polite. Great service, and the price is quite reasonable.”

“My driver picked me up from the airport in Turkey late at night. He was waiting for me in the arrivals section with a name card. The trip from the airport to the hotel was fast and comfortable and I paid 16 dollars.”

“My flight to Paris was heavily delayed. I contacted get transfer and they gave me another driver, and he himself contacted me to confirm when the flight landed. They can solve problems even if you have a force majeure, thank you.”

“A very poor experience so far. The company cancelled our airport transfer with only thirty minutes notice! Luckily our AirBnB host was able to find us another taxi but it was very stressful as there was only one flight and if we missed it we would have incurred additional accommodation costs. Now they are refusing a refund. Terrible service and very hard to contact.”

“My manager often goes on business trips abroad and I book her transfers to the hotel on Gettransfer. Excellent service. Nice cars, water provided, polite drivers. There have never been any problems. My manager is always happy and I trust them.”
