“We hired 2 vans directly on the website and both legs Izmir-Kushadasy went perfectly smoothly. They waited for us (13 people) with a sign at the airport. It was our first time using gettransfer and we will certainly repeat if we need a transfer again.”

“Clean car and friendly drivers. The booking process is not all that intuitive for business clients as it is a little unclear initially where to find the accounting receipts. You need to make it easier to switch to a business account. The rest of the communication was excellent.”

“We usually hire a car, but as we arrived in Malaga after midnight we decided a taxi would be easier. We were late exiting the airport but the driver was there, polite, efficient and courteous. Our return trip was excellent too - arrived nice and early and was waiting when we were ready.”

“Booked airport-hotel-airport transfers for my trip to the Canary Islands. I had the same driver both ways, Karolina, and she was perfect from A to Z. Very considerate. Very easy communication via WhatsApp and immediately reachable. I will use Gettransfer again for my future trips.”

“Did not disappoint in terms of price, cars and drivers. Each driver drove very carefully and safely was very attentive in driving and safety (no crazy driving on freeways or mountain roads). The only frustration was the route taken by the first driver, which involved a very slow and agonizing trip that ended up taking 25 minutes longer.”

“GetTransfer changed my booking 3 times because they did not have the transportation I have asked for and after the 3rd change you have assigned to me a driver that did not answer any of my various messages through your application and the same driver did not answer your messages either. I had the choice to miss my plane or wait for a ghost driver that never answer to my messages. As I was left in the limbo I took an Uber and Gettransfer charged me 200 GBP !!! I have all the evidences of this poor handling. I raised a complain that they would investigate but of course I had to chase. Please never use this compny”

“They don't pay their drivers. Avoid them. They use drivers’ service, fuel, time, they get the passengers money but drivers remain unpaid for months”

“Please avoid this company, they hire transport companies and do not pay them. This is illegal and disgusting business practice. Bunch of Russian scammers behind the computer screens robbing genuine companies. Please book directly with smaller service providers not through these criminals.”

“Reliable company! The driver earned special merit during the pickup at 1am, when the airport workers were seriously behind schedule with baggage and he had to wait a disproportionately long time. Thank you for not leaving me stranded.”

“Chicago airport to downtown. Very satisfied, on time. Pleasant chauffeur called me to arrange the meeting point. I asked to take friend without additional payment, no problem! The return driver waited for us in front of the hotel for 20 min, also no problem! Fantastic service!!!”
