“Be aware this company does not honour free cancellation as per their advertisement. I booked a transfer in December 2020 based on free cancellation. When travel restrictions came into force due to COVID-19, I asked for a refund they refused and only offer a voucher for future travel??? When I raised the free cancellation policy with them they replied that they where allowed to change the policy rules? PLEASE DO NOT USE THOS COMPANY!”

“Scams, not giving me a refund due to travel restrictions during covid-19. Be aware they advertise free cancellations then when I needed to cancel they only offer a voucher. This is happening to many people here in Australia, please read the reviews before using these cowboys.”

“Their cancelation policy states they will make a refund if transfer is cancelled not less that 48 hours before scheduled pickup. However, they do not make a refund until the Corona Virus pandemic has ended. They also "explain" they do it like other major airlines and travel companies. I have had a deal with the cancellation policy of several huge airlines recently and they make a refund without any issues. This is a shame. I strongly *do not recommend* to have a deal with gettransfer.com”

“Terrible service. The driver never picked up my mother after numerous attempts. After months of back and forth communication, I’m still awaiting a refund. I would never. I repeat never use this company again”

“I am a driver - My completed rides from March are still not paid ! In April I had to cancel a booked trip 2 days before the service because of COD19 - and I was fined 67,25 CHF from my money as an employee at Get transfer because I couldn't work because of illness. So the money from April was kept and not paid. A total deduction from the company - the trip itself for the guest was done by another driver and the commission was deducted from this driver again. That means they deduct 2 times the people. OTHERS !!!! PLEASE to all persons, guests and drivers - please do not use this service. The drivers are not paid and the guests if you cancel will not get their money back. I want to make a class action lawsuit to the company - please write me if you have experienced the same situation at ttomivarga(at)gmail(dot)com”

“Were not able to travel to Japan because of COVID-19. Had paid for airport transfer in advance. Cancelled transfer as per terms and conditions yet will not refund. They credited my account with them. Can't travel. Can't use credit. Will not ever use this company. Would not trust them to even provide the service.”

“GetTransfer cheated me for 2,100 euros I am an Authorized Driver for the Limo Service in Italy I have made 11 journeys on their behalf from December 2019 until March 2020, almost all long-haul journeys (runs of about 1000 km. Round trip) and they have not paid me yet even if the customers I transported have already paid 100% of the sum to them by credit card directly at the time of booking confirmation! Today after 5 months I am still without my money due under a contract that we have stipulated between service provider = supplier (GetTransfer) and between me Driver performing the races with a score of 5-star customer reviews! (as high as possible) So I wanted to warn you dear customers and drivers who have to deal with these not to fall as their prey! Just type their name on the internet and you will understand who you are dealing with you will find only negative reviews on GetTransfer Look, there are tons of other honest and serious transportation companies that have excellent customer service and don't steal from people and have positive reviews not like these GetTransfer Happy travels to all of you”
