Beware if this service and do not pay online , the driver will never shop up and you will not get your money back..

Dear Asma, We are sorry this situation occurred. As the flight delay was extremely lengthy, the carrier could not provide the transfer. Please refer to your airline to receive compensation.

I used the services of GetTransfer last year, when I flew on vacation to Switzerland, and this year we were going to Thailand and on the issue of organizing the transfer, I again turned here. I just went to the company’s website and left a request there for a couple of days, although it’s possible even for a day. When we landed at the airport, our driver and car were already waiting for us, everything was on time. The car is good, it has both air conditioning and a bar with cool drinks, by the way, the cost is very pleasant. I liked everything, we were brought in comfortably. Thank.

We arranged a transfer from Ayvalik to Canakkale in Turkey with GetTransfer. They were easy to deal with online and our drivers, Vural & Hale kept in regular contact with us prior to the transfer day. They were punctual, reliable and helpful and such lovely people. They provided us with refreshments and we had a very pleasant trip in their comfortable vehicle.

Заказывала трансфер первый раз.Были сомнения насчет 100% предоплаты. Все прошло на "ура" . Водитель связался со мной через 7 минут после заказа. В аэропорту встретил меня с табличкой. Помог с багажом. Доехали с комфортом. Лишних разговоров не было. Обещанный wi-fi был, угостил холодной водой, кондиционер включил(было жарко). Рукомендую всем без всяких опасений.

DREADFUL - DO NOT USE - BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE. our transfer for 9 from Geneva airport was cancelled by them three minutes before the pick up time. They just sent me an email. Terrible. Terrible.

Do not use this company for an airport transfer! When they ask you to select a pick up time from the airport they don't make it clear you should select a time that also factors in time to get through security and bag collection, therefore even the smallest 20-30min flight delay means you miss your transfer! In my opinion they are misleading people and i would never use this company again.

It’s good that there are responsible and reliable transfer companies like GetTransfer. We have more than once a rest with them and are always satisfied with the quality of service. With them you can be sure that they will not let you down and take you directly from the plane. Bronm all on the company's website exactly one day and everything is fine. Machines are always clean and good. Thank.

When they were going to fly on holiday to Thailand, they were looking for a responsible company to order a transfer from the airport to the hotel there. My husband and I flipped through the entire Internet and settled on GetTransfer, since the reviews about it in the positive key were the most. We did not regret that we chose her. The driver on a beautiful and comfortable car was waiting for us after the plane arrived at the airport. Thank you very much for punctuality, all on time and at a low cost.

I really liked that I applied for a transfer service here, this is not the first time, but once again, a positive one. Everything always passes without problems, ranging from the application form on the company's website and at the very meeting us at the airport. For the price, everything is good, the driver is polite and arrives on time on a good car. Everyone is happy, save more on excellent service, never hurt. Thank.

The driver never showed up while in a foreign country. I had a wedding to go to in a small French village 45 minutes away with no transportation options. When I called the customer service to complain the women said she'd try the driver and call me back. She never called me. This ruined my entire trip to France. I only flew there to attend this wedding. The worst part is that get transfer did nothing to help us. When I called back to complain that the original women never called me back, I got no apologies. They did absolutely nothing to help us. Again, I was in a foreign country where I don't speak the language and no other way of getting to this wedding other than this ride and there was no one ounce of remorse from the company. It was more offensive they didn't apologize or help us than the driver not showing up. DO NOT USE THEM. This is a scam.

I am very pleased that I applied for the transfer service here, this is not my first appeal. Everything always goes without problems, ranging from the application form on the company's website and to meet us at the airport. At cost everything is fine, the driver is polite and arrives on time. Everyone is happy, save more bo for great service, never fail.

Get Transfer never paid me for a trip I did from Port of Miami Florida to Orlando Fl. I called them and and it seems that they don’t care. I did the trip on 06/03/2019 and till this time I have not received any money, It took me 10 hours 500 miles to bring the clients to Orlando, Please be careful with this company, I lost money. Andy

In spite of providing flight details, the driver said we'd kept him waiting too long (flight delay + getting through customs/baggage) and it would cost a further 30 euros to use his service. We said no and caught a local taxi for the same price. I complained to the company who said they'd investigate however I haven't heard back since.

Summary: I pre-paid for a car that never showed up. Got told by customer service to “feel free to take a local taxi”. 3 days later I still dont have a confirmation that they will refund me my original payment or the difference of the price I paid for the local taxi. Detailed Description: I paid £110 for a car to pick me up from Stanstead at 1.30am to find no car when I landed and the driver not picking up the phone. Gettransfer’s response was “feel free to get a local taxi” and when I demanded that before I pay another £200 for a local taxi I need confirmation that they will refund me my original £110 plus the extra £90 they said they could not guarantee that and I should email customer services. Obviously I had to get home so I took a taxi from the airport and paid the £200. I emailed customer services from the car demanding my refund, I chased them every day for 2 days for a response and 3 days later I received this: “Good day, dear Customer, Your case is currently in queue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and for the delay with reviewing your complaint. We are doing our best to review each case as fast as possible.” This is a disgrace! I need that money.

I have already used the services of GetTransfer several times and ordered a transfer service through the company's official website. In addition to the service itself, you can also order a suitable car for the trip on the company's website. Very satisfied with the service of the company GetTransfer, turned here and did not regret. Broke through the site transfer to the hotel from the airport in Thailand. For the second time in this company we order a car with a driver. Like punctuality, and reasonable prices for services. They took us twice from the airport and drove to the hotel. Everyone is happy.

They approach their duties very responsibly, we all liked it very much. I will recommend GetTransfer. Very good cars, the driver arrived on time, a very responsible organization. By the cost, everything was fine for me, very inexpensively. I applied to this route, here is my application number #571532, this year, when I went to rest in Cyprus.
