I love to travel with my wife very much, but it happens that we visit the country for the first time and there are difficulties. There was one case with my wife when we arrived in Cyprus and we had to get to the booked hotel in the other end of the city, and then we first met Gettransfer, which helped us a lot and delivered to the hotel. This year we went to Thailand and that would have reserved a transfer, because we had to be taken from the station to the hotel, which was located a few kilometers from Bangkok, because there we found the best option for living with good conditions and much cheaper. We agreed with the gettransfer when we come, where to pick us up and where to deliver. When we arrived at Bangkok station, a car was already waiting for us, thanks to the company for such efficiency, there was no cooperation for two times, the prices were excellent.

Gettransfer took payment for a service, confirmed the driver only for them to cancel 2 hours prior to departure. Customer service did nothing to provide incremental support which ultimately resulted in us taking a last minute taxi at a much inflated price. The firm is ethically and service redundant with zero concern for customers or its commitments. I cannot emphasize enough how poor an experience I received.

Terrible service !!! The driver did not appear and did not informed us and the company did not even offer adequate compensation! not recommended !!

Really unprofessional, I booked for 9 am and the driver didn’t show up and didn’t answer my calls and now they don’t give me back my money because they say driver was there and you weren’t there ,maybe they think i am blind or something, anyway my advice is never use this service, and also I received a email from a third party company that is working with them mentioned that this company should pay them $3000 and they asked me if I didn’t pay them yet so please pay us, I can’t believe this behaviour.

Really bad service. The driver was late, he hardly spoke a few words in english and he didn’t Even offer to help us with the troley, he Walked 100 m ahead. Bad experience

SCAM.. do not use... We arrived Heathrow T3 11/19 1 pm. No driver... call UK, MIA, SFO smf left message.. no one return call. went to 3rd and 4th fl. waiting parking lot, no driver there. Left with taxi for $200 at 3:30 pm, almost missing our cruise setting sail at 5 pm

I'd give two stars because the drivers were pleasant and on time but they lose three stars because I was quoted one price and then advised near departure time that there would be additional charges for the Mont Blanc tunnel (more than 100 Euro additional) on top of the agreed amount. I complained but the company could not clarify due to the limited English of the company's representatives. They also lose a star because I was asked to pay the full transfer fee at the end of the first leg. I paid half the amount at that stage, in cash because they have no credit card facility, but that could not provide a receipt. They also a star because we drove for a long distance through local congested roads in Italy when we could have been driving on a fast motorway that ran immediately alongside, presumably to avoid tolls. Would I use them again? Definitely not!

Get transfer are an absolutely terrible company and a terrible service I would recommend anybody not to book them. They left me stranded is airport and although I've put in an official complaint they are not interested. They will cancel you at any time even if you paid your money and therefore entered into a contract with them. They have no qualms but leave you stranded in foreign airports with no form of transport and to fend for yourself. They are a disgusting company that need to understand the pain that they're causing by this terrible service. I urge anybody to definitely not book with get transfer.

Booked a journey and stated we needed 4 drop offs within 5 mins of each other. They gave me a quote which I accepted, paid the 30% fee online. The next day the taxi company called me and said I would be charged more for the drop off’s. I’ve requested a refund on this basis to which they have sent back a series of emails avoiding the acknowledgement of my 4 refund requests to date. Still waiting to date for my refund. The taxi date is 6 weeks away so not sure why they are dragging this out when they can simply book someone else in. Shocking customer service and shocking company.
