This year we managed to visit Spain, we went on vacation with the whole family. Vouchers were offered to us very unexpectedly, it was impossible to refuse them, good value. So, I had to search for a transfer urgently. Booked a service per day on the gettransfer website. The driver arrived on time, the car was in excellent condition. The service is just fine. Thanks.

This is a dishonest company when it comes to refunding your money when their driver does not show up. I booked a pickup at the airport and the driver did not show up. He did contact me and said he did not have my name and that he had a sign with a different company name on it. WOW! I am to know he is there...really? That is of course another way of saying that he was not at the airport. I did how ever had booked 2 other pick ups with them and they did show up on time. The company does get back to you and say they will investigate the problem which means they are not going to do a thing about refunding you your money.

good online service. I used it for the second time and I'm happy with everything. It was necessary to fly urgently to Cyprus ( Nicosia). The service is easy to use, I chose the direction, left a request, I was sent all the possible options by email, I just had to choose . The car was waiting for me when I arrived. You can see that the car is being watched, the interior is clean. The driver drives well, plus he even gave me a little tour while we were driving. For money, everything is acceptable. Recommend.

our complaint regarding this transfer ,we were really happy with our transfer on arrival the car picked us and are children up with no issues , but are return transfer arrived at 3:15 and then got out of the car and started to shout at us in Spanish and made repeated phone calls shouting to someone else on the phone and our kids started crying as we had no idea what was going on and then we finally got in the car and the driver didn't drive us anywhere just kept arguing on the phone and left us waiting ,when they finally managed to get an English speaking person on the phone at 3:40 they told us we needed to get out of the car as the driver is not insured to drive our 7 and 9 year old children , so they were aware we had children but we could not go in this car and they wouldn't be able to send another car for about 50 minutes and we would have to pay them 65 euros which seemed to be all they cared about but we couldn't even agree to this as we would miss our flight which was leaving at 6pm so at this point we were looking like we were going to be stranded in spain , the driver then made us get out of the car and put our luggage on the curb and drove off ,we were distraught and rushed back into our hotel where they managed to get us a taxi within 10 minutes to drive us to the airport at an additional cost of 103.70 euro , on arrival at the airport we had to run with our children and luggage and only just managed to catch our flight in time ,I am disgusted at how we were treated and it was a terrible way to end our holiday ,get transfer has not given us a penny in compensation

These people subcontract to dishonest local providers who then charge extra fees once you arrive. Use them at your peril. My wife was forced to pay extra fees for a late arrival in Miami whereas the local provider wasn't there to meet her and arranged someone else to pick her up late so he could charge her late fees. Use them at your peril.

GetTransfer.com is a completely fraudulent company. We booked a car and driver for several hours with GetTransfer.com and paid in advance for the service. The car/driver never showed up at our hotel. We called them several times at various numbers listed on their website. We call when the car/driver was 15 minutes late, 30 minutes late, and one hour late. Then we emailed them and asked for a full refund because they had not provided the service we paid for. They have not responded to our request. This company is a FRAUD. Buyer/booker be ware!

I booked this company for transfers because my father has recently passed away and my mother and I needed to travel to Italy at the last minute, we had to travel from Bologna airport to Castrocaro Terme , a journey that takes approximately an hour, so this was no small journey. We weren’t arriving until 6.30pm so I booked the driver to pick us up at 7.00pm with a name card. My mother is 71 and quite fragile, which was why the service seemed so ideal, I also booked a return service to take us back to Bologna airport which cost just over €200.00 . When we arrived, there was no driver and no card, I checked outside the airport while my mother remained at arrivals, I then attempted to call both numbers on the paperwork, both were shut until 9.30am the next morning, I even got the information desk at the airport to try, not convinced I had the right numbers. We waited for an hour and ten minutes (the paperwork stated the driver would wait for 60 minutes) only for no driver to arrive! I was upset and my mother was tired . We ended up having to take a twenty minute bus journey to the station and a further half an hour journey by train the forli, where we were fortunate enough to be taken by an independent taxi driver to a our final destination in Castrocaro, suffice to say, I was relieved when the driver offered us his card for a return journey, which was prompt and the driver wouldn’t even take a tip on either journey, compared to this company , he was a dream! I contacted gettransfers the same night by messenger as this was the only service available to both complain and cancel my return journey. They apologised and I was told I would receive a refund in full, that was over a week ago, I am now being told it may be a month before I receive a refund, despite paying on debit card. I have been in touch with them consistently since I returned, made it clear how unhappy I was with the service, which you would assume would spur them into action, but I am now being told that my refund will take 30 days plus because of the Coronavirus. It’s just terrible customer service after terrible customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding this company like the plague , if I could have left zero stars then I would have done.

Booked minibus (driver stated upto 8 people and 6 suitcases). My party was 5 adults, 1 child. However I missed the child off the booking by mistake. When I tried to amend this they requested another £40 off me. Even though the minibus was under capacity. So out of interest I asked for a price for 3 adults 1 child. Guess what, same price as my original 5 adult quote. 🤔

They have cancelled the reservation an hour before arrival. So we had to wait hour at the airport. Also they charge you anyway. I will never use their service again.

the Driver was late to pick us up, I called and somebody told me that the driver is on the way. 15 min later , he came, tie return pick up was also little late. Other than that it was good. I just booked their services for Rio, and I Hope next time to leave 5 star review

These people are cowboys subcontracting with dubious local firms who then charge a supplement Use them at your peril My wife used them and despite coming out in time they weren’t on site and charged her a supplement for the delay

Good service, ordered a transfer here from the airport in Cyprus. Now the world is tense because of the virus, and my wife and I had a planned honeymoon, did not cancel, just changed Venice to Larnaca. I chose the direction on the site , left a request , I was sent to the mail all possible options for cars . I decided. We arrived on time, the car was already waiting for us. You can see that the car is being watched , the interior is well-groomed , the driver drives well. We are happy with everything.

Avoid this outfit at all costs- I had to drive the mini-bus myself. They were an hour and a half late to pick us up from Innsbruck, Austria train station and take us to Civetta,Italy on the 15th Feb. That was the least of our problems. After around 45 minutes of very slow going the driver stopped and disappeared behind a bus shelter. When he came back he was holding a lump of ice to his head. He only spoke Russian and used Google translate to explain that he had altitude sickness as he had been driving up and down mountains since 5 am ( it was now midnight). As we were half way up the mountain I had no choice but to take the the wheel and drive to the hotel myself, almost certainly without insurance. I had to keep stopping the minibus so that the driver could vomit with the bus rolling back as it didn't have a handbrake. After a few goes and with my family screaming in my ears I worked out it had an additional foot brake. We eventually arrived in one piece at 3a.m. This experience cost me 280 euros . Get Transfer refused my requests for compensation.I felt really sorry for the driver who was obviously being exploited by this awful company , If Get Transfer are allowed to continue operating there will be an accident

When I was about to travel to Spain with my husband and children, the question of transfer became acute. She began to think about who it would be possible to entrust such a responsible matter and climbed up on the forum sites to ask for advice from people who are aware of all such matters. I was advised to turn my attention to GetTransfer and I ordered a transfer here. Moreover, everything was simple and it can be done a day before departure. I liked everything at a cost, the car met us at the airport on time. Everyone was satisfied. Thanks.

This company made me ill. They take your money and you get NOTHING in return. We had to get our solicitors involved. We were told they could not fulfil our contract. We were told unless we handed over our credit card details they could not pick us up. They said the price would be much higher for the same journey. We then had e mails from 9 different people making false promises. The worst experience of my life. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. I would hate anyone else to go through what we did.

Am a driver in GetTransfer since 1 month and half, the company should pay me every month as per my request, actually till now one month and half no payment is shown as I’ve contact with all their departments to solve activation my account and unfortunately no responses from Support Managers, partner support or even finance they are all asking to write to another one without taking any responsibility to solve this issue.

Good online service! I use it not for the first time and so far I am happy with everything. The last time I flew to Cyprus, my father asked me to fly on company business. I left a request, I received the entire offer in my email, and I chose it. Large selection of payment methods, which is convenient. My ray was delayed for half an hour, so I arrived half an hour later. The car waited quietly, and I paid nothing for waiting. The driver drives well. Delivered to the place. Recommend.

Driver cancels overnight for a morning booking is one major inconvenience. Having to deal with thick Blockheads in thier customer service is even worse though. Avoid using this company completely. You simply can not trust them
