“Many years ago I received a Global chef's knife and a flexible boning knife as a gift. I don't do a lot of boning so that knife was rarely used. After taking a knife's skills class, I learned that a boning knife has many more uses. It is excellent for removing the rind from melons and sectioning citrus. I recently bought a second knife for a vacation home.”
