“I needed help with the removal of an old washer and they made the process a breeze. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the removal of my washer, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I will be using them again. “They were running a little late but they kept me informed of how late they were going to be and when they would be here and they showed up on time and they had that hot tub loaded before I could bring my dolly out to help them so I'm pretty impressed. I would recommend them to others and call them again if I needed them. Thanks a lot!”

“Wish I had seen the reviews before I booked this company. BEWARE. It only gave me an option for a 12 hour window! The local company hired did call right at 8 am and confirmed it would be "late afternoon" then radio silence ALL DAY. Website updated to day 4-5 pm arrival. At 5pm changed to 5-6. at 6pm changed to 6-7pm. At 6:50 driver finally called and said that they were sent on a job with way way more clean up than they were told. (NOT MY PROBLEM) then wanted to reschedule to tomorrow! I have painters coming at 8am and I cannot trust that they will actually show up at 7 as promised. They say they are on their way from Henderson but that is 45 minutes away easily in Vegas traffic on a Friday night. Their trailor is already full so not sure where they are going to put a giant 6 piece sectional but hey they have been paid so does it really matter. DO NOT BOOK through LoadUp. They do not tell their local hired people accurate information and the customer pays financially and in every other way possible. Won't make this mistake again.”

“I booked an outdoor p/u by mistake. Called and they switched it over to indoor for a $25 fee (I libe on the 3rd floor with no elevator). I had a "medium" load and they brought 3 guys, which I think is awesome!! So many times one guy or even two can be crazy overwhelmed. They arrived within the window time and they busted out everything I needed removed. They were polite, cared about my apartment and were even worried about my cats and getting in their way or upsetting them. Donovan and his team were AMAZING!!!”

“Wow !!! I went online booked this company never had them pick up from me before. Excellent professional & proficiency service. Great valued prices also. I needed a queen mattress and a love seat couch picked up and bam the very next day they arrived. Samuel was awesome and very friendly !!! Picked my items up and off he went. I will definitely use this company again way cheapier than Other companies”
