Living in a small town, no bulk removal of speak of, renting a house that has no storage, junk leftover from previous renters, I decided to start cleaning up and removing what I could. It takes way too long to disassemble things to fit in the receptable the city picks up, plus I run out of room for my kitchen trash. Fortunately, there were not that many pieces to be removed, but they were big and bulky, very heavy. I'm 67 and need to stop working like a man, so when I searched and found LoadUp, I was quite thrilled to see I could afford to schedule a pickup and finally unload mine and someone else's leftover junk from my yard. I received notifications of who my loader was and that he was on his way. I tried to make pick up easy, so I stacked 7 large items against the side porch where the driveway is. I got busy in my kitchen, my loader came, loaded up, and left, so quietly that my dogs never sounded an alarm that something was going on outside. That was odd because they go off when just the mail is delivered. I am thrilled to see the items gone, but sorry I missed the chance to thank the LoadUp workers. I will surely let friends know of this service and how actually affordable it was for me. I won't be shy about scheduling another pickup in the future when needed. Thank You LoadUp.

The loaders left several scratches and dents on several walls in my house. They did not use any moving tools at all like other companies do where they would wrap the furnitures before moving them around. They just literally moved the items themselves, and because these were heavy furniture, they struggled and left those damages in the wall. I had to clean them up and while I was able to fix the scratches, the dents are not something I can fix myself. They also said they were coming between 10:30 and 11:00 and they arrived 11:30 so while I understand I was given a 4-hour window, when I have direct contact with the loader who gives me a time, I am expecting them at that time. Also you send way too many notifications, one saying the service is completed when the loaders haven’t even arrived yet! Surprised with the quality of service really considering all the good reviews. I used another service before with no problems like this (they were so careful with everything and packed everything before moving them downstairs where movers usually struggle) and I regret not using them again. I emailed their customer support who only offered a discount on my next order, but with this experience, why would I do business with them again? And when I responded how their offered "remedy" would fix the dents on the wall, they sent me to fill out a form and repeatedly distanced themselves from the service and pointed to the "independent contractors" over and over. 😑

I asked for morning pick up on Tuesday. No luck. I was told then by both driver and customer service that today, there would be first thing in the morning pick up as I work at noon. I got text that they would be here at noon to 1 pm. When I contacted the driver he was surprised I work 5 days a week. He also accused me of putting all day hours. I am furious. Now I have to wait and SEE if tomorrow the appointment will be first thing in morning. I guess if this time it doesn’t work, I will cancel and getting a more reliable company.

Julio not only was on time, he was early. He was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Largely because of the professional service he provided I will call LoadUp again for help if I need anything. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Set up appt online. Super easy and user friendly website. The truck picking up my mattress called to say they would be in the area much earlier than expected. It was good timing. I had it outside and ready to go. The two men came, very nice, professional, and fast. Already paid for online so all they had to do was grab it and put it in their truck. It literally took 4 minutes. I confirmed that the mattress would be donated since it is in good shape, And they will. Very easy and simple and straightforward experience. Friendly workers.

20% charge to cancel my booking!!! Bad bad policy. I didn't even cancel - they did because they were not able to complete the task!

Although the initial interaction to schedule the pick-up and the actual pick-up with Tim was great, the in between was confusing and questionable. Tim maintained contact with me while I was waiting for his arrival and let me know they were running very late due to a customer with add-ons. Due to the potential lateness, we agreed to have him pick it up early the next morning. I received a text from LoadUp asking of the status and I explained what Tim and I had discussed. Whoever was on the other side of the text told me to reschedule and someone else would have the opportunity to grab it. As I had confirmed Tim coming in the morning, I did not want to do that. He arrived and quickly discovered that his order for my pick-up was no longer on his schedule. He was able to get it back and completed the pick-up promptly. I felt there was a disregard for professional protocol in trying to give the job to another.

I purchased a king mattress and foundation on line and was given this service completely at no charge. The service was on time, neat and clean very professional gentleman. In and out in 20 minutes hauled away all boxes and papers. Would highly recommended this company without any reservations.

Keith and his son kept me up to date on when he would arrive to pick up the items I had requested. They were both very kind and courteous. They were also very mindful so as to not damage anything in my home. I would highly recommend them!

It was a mistake selecting Loadup to get my mattress and bed removed. I booked a week in advance and was assigned a loader about 2 days before the pickup day. They also ask you to pick a 4 hour window. Mine was 4-8PM. All good so far! On the day of the pick up, I am expected to be at home and cannot run any errands outside, because I am expecting them to come and do the job in a given window. The loader never contacted me until 7pm. Then I gave him a call. First, he was making excuses of why he couldn't come. Then he said he actually 'forgot' about the order and wanted to reschedule. Like what, you forgot about the job that you signed up for ?? I paid a hefty price for the service. For a company that asks you to pay the 100% of the price upfront, while booking, and before the job is done, shouldn't it get the job done on time?? I have called their support team and they rescheduled me for the next day. So, now I am still waiting for them to assign me a loader to pick up my stuff. I will update my review on how the whole story goes.

We had a treadmill removed from our upstairs bedroom and the two young men did a great job. They arrived promptly and were very courteous and careful not to do any damage to our home. Would definitely call you again. Thank you so much Teresa
