“The two drivers did an outstanding job, they picked it up on time and delivered it to my home on time as well. They set it up, made sure it was working properly, showed me pictures of the chair when they went to pick it up from the Senior living center. I know the one Drivers‘s name was Michael, but I never got the other fellas name but thank you to them. Also, I wish I could have tipped them, but I didn’t have any cash on hand.”

“Very smooth process. Very pleasant phone scheduler and very efficient communication with updates on pickup eta. Joseph arrived quickly and was very courteous and the whole experience was great start to finish. I highly recommend this company”

“Was pleased with service and so convenient with the online scheduler. Was able to have someone pick up my old couch the next day. Only thing was they came a lot earlier than the window time frame requested. So I had to rush home to meet them. Other than that I am looking forward to using their service again.”

“Confirmed my appointment but never kept to the window of service pick up not once but TWICE and wanted to reschedule my service pick up for a THIRD TIME AS A NEW CUSTOMER. Not happy at all.”

“Initially had a slightly off experience, as the team assigned to me canceled at the last moment after I had waited all day. But, after calling customer support, I was assigned a new team, and they came the next day and did a great job with assembling the furniture I had purchased. They were friendly, got the task done, and at these prices it's hard to complain.”

“The loader was wonderful and on time. Really helpful. The company is dishonest. Tried to add on charges by changing item descriptions once the loader was there. The item descriptions were provided by a customer service representative the prior day.”
