“Fantastic job! If you are on the fence and nervous about which company to use for junk removal I promise you this is your best choice stop looking. Both men were nice courteous and professional as well as fast knowledgeable and even new how to take my couch apart so it could get out the door easier something I wish I had known when I moved it before! Didn't leave a mess behind got the job done super quick could not be happier with this service!”

“I was highly impressed that they were able to get our stuff so quickly! I did feel bad for the gentleman who came to get it, though. I didn’t realize there was only going to be one person or I would have helped him. He was awesome though! Very fast and efficient, as well as kind. Overall, I’m highly pleased! Great job!!”

“I hired LoadUp to pick up and deliver a very nice table for a charitable donation. Per the online order, I specified Goodwill in Galveston, TX and provided the address. The crew who picked up my table assured me that they would deliver the table to Goodwill and that LoadUp would provide me with the donation receipt. To date, I have not received the receipt and the company disclaims any responsibility to in fact make the charitable donation. My table is a glass top round dining table from Bassett that is in perfect condition. Original price was over $4000. The donation representations by LoadUp were false and misleading. I paid for a service that they did not provide.”

“Arrival time was 8-12….didn’t arrive until after 1:00pm. Somehow the driver had marked the job had been completed, when they hadn’t even shown up . I had to make numerous calls to driver and customer service to get the pickup done. The price of this job should have been either refunded or at least reduced.”

“WIthin 24 hours of ordering the service, the job was complete. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Katherine helped me get it set up via telephone to clarify the time and date. It was an assembly for a Restoration Hardware conversion from crib to bed. Where RH failed Loadup, excelled. Thank you, Juan and Katherine!”

“José and Ricardo were absolutely AMAZING. I requested a junk removal for only a few furniture pieces, but they ended up being able to help me remove every single trash bag from my apartment as well (probably 20+), in addition to packing my car with *all* of my belongings. They somehow managed to turn what would have been two days worth of effort for my mom and I (it was nearly 100 degrees out, up and down three flights of stairs) into two hours. I cannot recommend this company enough. I honestly have no idea what I would have done without them.”

“I’m actually blown away by this service. Booking was painless, the upfront pricing was both reasonable and appreciated with zero hidden fees, communication was exceptional the day of pick up, and our two Loaders were professional and so speedy. Figuring out how to get rid of our large items was the most stressful part of our move by far and LoadUp was perfect for what we needed. I also appreciate that they don’t just dump good items but will figure out where to send them for the items to have a second chance. 10/10⭐️”
