“The two “junk haulers” turned out to be the most considerate, cheerful, reliable, courteous and professional movers I’ve had over the past years! Seriously, I would hire the same two guys to move anything I have. There was no complaining, no smoking, no cutting corners, the wiped there feet every trip in/out of the rain and offered to remove their shoes. They were dressed neatly and cleanly and worked quickly but carefully. I can’t say enough positive about Jamie and his partner. Fantastic job, Gentlemen!”

“New customer. Two "sideboards" (47 inches long, each) with two sets of doors and 3 drawers per sideboard. They unpacked the large boxes and went right to work. Charles and Bruce did a great job! I thought the price was very fair for 1.45 hours of work. Thank you Upload!”

“Khalil and Richie were amazing. So professional, efficient and great to work with. They took very large pieces of furniture, disassembled a king size brass bed and took it all’ including the box spring and mattress. Couldn’t be happier with their service and would highly recommend”

“A 12 hour window and they still never showed up. Had no problem with taking my money though. No call, no updates, no nothing. I had to text them after they never showed. Don't waste your time!!”

“I recently lost my mom and I’m in the process of cleaning out the house and Nick was incredible! He was on time, got everything out in a timely manner and was very professional. I will definitely be using LoadUp for future projects plus I love that they donate items!”

“Sam (and small kids) waited for us to return. Loading was efficient, and he very politely hewed to company police by declining items not included in the photo we sent prior. Time elapsed from placing the order to pick up was less than 30 hours.”

“Loadup is a better alternative to Thumbtack and 800 junk. Their prices are better;straight forward and they aren’t charging inflated prices. The website is easy to use, you pick the time, tell them what you need hauled away, you receive a confirmation and a contact with estimated time of arrival. Especially thank you to the two who just arrived on a Friday evening of a long holiday weekend to complete the job. Much Appreciated! Also, all those at the call center were helpful, patient and friendly.”
