“Order picked up and loaded in very dirty pickup truck, not a "company truck", by young girl in jeans, no Load up logo on anything..very unprofessional, very Sketchy! Truck had Nebraska tag covered with dirt; I took pictures to forward to Sharetown and Resident Home, as well as KS Attorney General to attach to complaint filed last week (This is an active case). If not a legitimate company and I don't get my refund, I will post on Facebook warning people not to purchase ANYTHING from that company, which will affect your company as well!!”

“In this case, I had already hired Load Up to remove 23 years of unwanted junk! They were prompt and a nice professional manner about their task ahead. This last visit two very nice professionals as well... There task was to assemble an 8'×10 " resin shed, with windows, ventilation, as well as a floor! This assembly was tricky!! For sure! The weather conditions were hardly favorable! They came at five o'clock & they didn't leave UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE... DONE, DONE!! It was well after midnight!! I Tipped them very well... Appropriately well!”

“The movers were great! However, I had disposed of several pieces myself, expecting to receive a discount on the itemized price. What I wasn’t told—until after the fact—was that any refund would simply be deducted from the original discount I had already been given. In the end, this meant I received almost no actual refund at all. What’s most frustrating is that this crucial detail was never communicated to me over the phone. This omission wasn’t just an oversight—it was a conveniently vague policy that worked entirely in the company’s favor. Had I known this upfront, I would have made very different decisions. It left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.”
