“It was nearly impossible to find a mattress removal service that comes to Wellington, Colorado, so I am grateful to LoadUp. It took a couple more days out from the initially scheduled pickup time for them to remove the mattresses, but they were in communication with me throughout the process and let me know they were short-staffed. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.”

“We agreed for their team to help unload two shipping containers. They then went slow on the first container and used up all the hours I paid for. They did not keep their end of the deal. Be careful if you use them to move your house. They might move half of your belongings then tell you that you need to pay again if you want the other half moved as well. They estimated the job and told me they could handle it the changed their mind. Customer service has been no help, every 3 hours I get a text from a new person asking how their service was. After I explain what happened I get no response.”

“Confirmed set up day before with a 4 hour window. Confirmed a time the day of with a 1 hour window. Never showed up. Offered a $25 Amazon gift card as compensation. Absolute trash company.”
