“I searched for a company to haul a heavy desk away and LoadUp was able to remove the desk in a matter of 10 minutes. It was a large 3 piece roll top with lots of doors and doors. It would have taken me 3 trips to haul it somewhere. I paid ahead when I signed up and the next day it was hauled away. I am thrilled!!!”

“The worst experience I've ever had in my life. I scheduled a mattress disposal in the morning (8am-12pm) on July 1st, nobody contacted me in advance and nobody showed up in the end. Even on that morning I contacted the customer service and they told me that some people will show up around 10am but they didn't. I was only notified half an hour before 12pm that my order couldn't be completed, which disrupted my schedule completely and incurred extra fees for me. When I contacted the customer service, I was shocked to hear that reservation doesn't guarantee the order to be completed in that time window, and when I wanted to cancel the order because of their fault, they told me that only half of the payment can be refunded. I was totally disappointed by the solution and their attitude. I even felt that this was kind of scam because there is no contact in advance, nobody showing up, and no explanation after that and I lost half of the payment.”

“The website was really easy & clear. I was a little concerned not having used this service before because I had a schedule to keep but they arrived right on time. Super nice people/movers, working hard on a hot Arizona summer afternoon. I don’t write many reviews unless something really impresses me & this experience has.”
