“Load Up communicated with me on day of pickup giving eta’s and updating them. They arrived earlier that expected, were very polite and pleasant. They removed mattress in minutes and were on their way. Highly recommend them!”

“Great service! Scheduled a pick up of a Queen mattress and box springs on Wednesday for a Friday morning pickup. LoadUp sent confirming text and email regarding my pickup immediately. Then followed up with other messages telling me that my loader would be Julian and that he was on his way. Julian did a great job! Great experience!”

“Their GPS ZZwas really incorrect. My son and I stayed on the phone and guided them Then picked up my mattress, to be returned to QVC for a refund, in an open bed pickup truck. Don't know if it got dirty because of them .”
