“I had the best experience with Load Up, and I can't recommend them enough! I needed two old mattresses removed while I was out of town, and they made the process so easy and stress-free. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch—they kept me updated on the pickup details and confirmed everything ahead of time. It was so reassuring to know that I could trust them to take care of it while I wasn’t home. The Load Up team was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and courteous. They handled everything with care, and the whole process was quick and smooth. To top it all off, their pricing was by far the most affordable of the three companies I reached out to for quotes. If you need junk removal, look no further than Load Up. Their team is reliable, affordable, and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!”

“LoadUp was a great experience, with an easy to use website and very friendly and professional people. I was able to order next day pickup which really helped with my schedule. I was impressed how the company kept me updated throughout the process. I received notifications at every stage, updated on timing and more. It made the experience stress-free and efficient. The LoadUp Loaders were quick and courteous, getting my mattress out of the house right away. Will definitely use your services again in the future the next time I need any other junk or furniture removed!”

“Missed out on the 5th star because nobody asked about stairs when I was booking the pickup, and it cost an extra $20 afterwards for 2 flights of stairs. Other than that, no complaints. Booking was easy. Michael (the driver) communicated really well. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I would definitely use the service again, just would ask about extra charges!”

“I was needing to get rid of a couch I had gotten off of facebook marketplace because it stank. It initially took 4 of us to get it in and about 20 minutes. The load up crew only took 2 people and they got it out in less than 5. They were very friendly, and the service was cheap!! Highly recommend using their services and will use them again in the future!”

“Got Displaced Because of Hurricane Helene the day before my order was supposed to be fulfilled. They took my money and wouldn't let me reschedule my service because it was "completed in their system" and apparently, the fact that we had to spend several months finding and getting situated in a new place means that they don't in fact have to fulfill the service I paid them for. So I'm out $135 and they won't reschedule someone to pick up stuff. Worst customer service ever”

“Herm and Dan came to my house in Cranberry and they aer the most professional and polite people. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend them and the 1 800 got junk service to everyone for quick and honest response and service...Great Job !!!”
