“Although the two men who came to move a heavy upright piano were courteous, they were unable to perform the task without the help of my husband's assistance and additional supplies. We had clearly communicated the size and weight of the piano when we set up our appointment; at the very least, three men should have been assigned to this task - and had additional supplies to aid in moving this large, heavy item. After contacting customer service, I was offered a small refund but felt it should have been a third of the cost since my husband was the third helper. The goal of removing the piano was met (somewhat safely - our hardwood floor suffered scratches), but I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the communication aspect- as this issue could have been easily resolved.”

“We bought a new couch. Our old 20 year old couch needed to go, but we had no way to haul it away. We contacted LoadUp to come get it. We said if it could be donated, we would like it to be. I called on a Sunday around 9am and they came the same day around 2:30p. There was good communication and the two people who came were very pleasant and professional. They were in and out - easy! We are getting a new bed later this year and I've got some things in my basement that need to be hauled away. This summer I'll be calling LoadUp again and asking for RJ, the person who helped me with the couch.”

“My first time useing Loadup service and didnot know what to expect was very nervous. Their customer service was awsome answered every question i had up till the day of the pick up, The man they sent(Nicholas) and his son were awsome. I had a full apartment cleanout and they had it done under 3 hours no mess and always miling and joking while working it was fantastic. I will not hesitate useing their service again as i was a great ex[perience for me, Thanks Dennis Webb”

“Do not use this company! They illegally dumped 2 of my couches. I paid about 200.00 to them and they dumped the couches on the same property i live on. Contacted customer service and they said the issue would be fixed. It was not. Instead of refunding me they choose to ignore my requests. Company is a scam!”
