“Ordered on Sunday for a Monday pick up and crew arrived early and were professional. They were out the door within 15 minutes taking a washer and dryer with them. Very smooth, timely and professionally.”

“The worst customer experience imaginable. In the midst of dealing with my mother's death and having to remove items to deal with her estate, I booked a service that indicated it would do the job well and if it didn't it would make it right. LoadUp took my money, failed my family at every turn, and I'm still stuck with the main item I selected this company to remove. The leadership of this company is heartless.”
