“I was supposed to have a mattress picked up yesterday. I got two emails confirming I contacted the company. They said they were coming and no one showed up then I sent a text message. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for today which was the next day and then no response After probably 10 tries of texting 4 1/2 hours of texting no response from the company and they’re open on Saturdays. I don’t understand this kind of treatment from a business. I did confirm that they do service my area. They even confirmed they service my area so I don’t know what the problem is especially after getting two emails , confirming they were coming and speaking to customer service twice that they were indeed coming to pick up my mattress. I think that this is rude and very, very bad business. How does a company have high ratings? If this is how they treat their customers what is more frustrating And I think the biggest frustration of all is that there is no phone number to contact them and speak to somebody in person. You have to do it by texting that’s unacceptable because you can’t talk to a manager or a high-level person I have to rely on texting poor business I need my mattress moved out , because it was set up through a mattress company I didn’t even set it up. I would give the company - stars.”
