“The guys worked very hard under difficult circumstances since my basement had just flooded and there was sludge on most items. They cleared out a lot of things that were moldy due to past times that my basement flooded. I would definitely hire Loadup again.”

“I would not recommend this company. They were 2.5 hours late after their scheduled appointment. I called the support number and there was not even a way to talk to an agent for the person waiting. The company seems to give the jobs to independent contractors. The person who picked up was not the person listed. The person who picked me up was nice. I am not just fan of giving up almost my entire day as they can't give a correct ETA off by hours.”

“I will just confirm it was hassle-free. Instructions followed. I won’t make the name of the mover/driver public because I would not want my information public. So glad to get that piece of furniture out. I have no elevator but the guy was still cheerful and understanding. Will be using their service again. This is a real review and I hope I can remember my trustpilot account info because I don’t use google. Thanks.”

“If it were possible, I'd give Felicia and Austin(?) a 10! They are two outstanding individuals, both courteous and efficient, and the service was excellent and reasonably priced! “I would use the service again. I do recommend that you be extremely clear about exactly what you need moved, how heavy the items are, etc. I told I needed help unloading a big truck full of furniture into my home. Hello The first loader they sent me had a helper who was just a kid and not able to help very much. In this case, I had some really heavy items, so they couldn’t complete the job and broke a very expensive piece of artwork in the process. Also damaged a doorframe. Load up customer service was great though. They sent out a team of loaders the next morning that were able to move the items efficiently. Everyone who I encountered was very courteous. It wasn’t a seamless encounter, but I feel like the company really does try to make it right as best as they can.”
