“I have issue with the scheduling with Helix HOWEVER when it finally took place The service by Benjamin and Jack in Fort Collins Co was a 5 out of 5. They were utterly marvelous, professional and kind. Two fine men of whom you should be proud. My thanks to them and to you for hiring such men.”

“Driver asked me to be ready by 7 am - 8 am. Checked up on 8 am no arrival. Tried to call several times, until I stated I wanted to cancel, then stated he would be here 9:40 am. I paid 114 for this?!! Should have called 1800 junk removal.”

“Horrible, horrible company. A total rip off. They screwed up my initial order and customer service did not know what they were doing. After several attempts to get the job correct I gave up and cancelled within 24hrs of initial booking. They withheld 20% of my refund even though they are the ones who messed up! Lots of complaints on Better Business Bureau, too. Beware.”

“Mission complete. Brandon and his coworker (whose name I missed) were pleasant, knowledgeable, and all business. Needed a 300 lb box moved from my garage, across my front yard, down my side yard (a 6’ dropping slope), and into my back door. Expertly completed with no problems! Would highly recommend and will use next time.”
