“This company is an absolute joke. Terrible communication, terrible problem resolution. Canceled the job three times because they didn’t properly communicate with the actual loaders coming for the pickup. Forced me to take a trip across state to be there for the pickup at my rental and then never showed. I had already paid and then paid again and after over a week of wasting my time still hadn’t done anything. Worst experience ever..”

“Booking was super easy and confirmations were great. The actual removal was not at all what was sold on the website. I had a 7.5ft couch to pick up. One man with a skateboard showed up to move it. I had to help him get it out of my apartment and into his truck; I did most of the work. Not worth the money, just rent a U-Haul for the day to get rid of your own stuff. You’ll have to do all the work anyway.”
