“Very happy with the service! Overall good communication from the LoadUp platform and via mobile. The team arrived in the time window communicated, were very friendly, and immediately went to work. They accommodated getting a recliner out of a tricky basement entry to the backyard with no issue or complaint and made quick work of the other items including chairs, dresser, and queen mattress. I asked that they stay clear of a low hanging tree near the front porch and were very careful and accommodating. Very happy with Brandon and Javier's service and would definitely use LoadUp again.”

“I reached out today for a pick up of 2 couches, gave me a guaranteed quote and did same day pickup. Their services we great along with their customer service. The woman I spoke too on the phone was courteous. The men who showed up 2 hours after I called were professional and fast! Will definitely refer them and reach out to them when needed again! Thank you for your fast and great service! Oh and they text when they are on their way and when they arrive, great thing was I didn't have to be present. Thanks guys!”

“I booked this service to pick up bedframe, chest of drawers, dresser w/mirror and nightstand. The next day I changed the order after using the form for someone to contact me. Told them the order should reflect just a dresser w/mirror and recliner. Also emailed the change. They requested I pay $52.25 more to pick up the recliner, which I paid; although I should have received a refund from the original order. I also wanted to know what my refund would be, which no one could tell me. I called again the next day to find out about my refund. After being transferred 3 times I got disgusted and told them to cancel the entire order and refund my money. While waiting on the phone I booked another company and they came and picked up the items same day. Now I was told that they would only refund me 80% of what I paid. What a rip off.”

“I was initially dismayed when I was told that my pickup what happen between 8:00 am and 8 pm which meant that I might spend the entire day waiting for it. Instead, my loader contacted me at 10:30 am to say that he would arrive soon. He kept in good communication with me and arrived a short time later. The pickup was efficient, and I was left with the remainder of the day for my other tasks.”

“Outstanding! I live in a town house that requires at least one flight of stairs to get in and out - no donation service would help me. Load Up’s crew came and got everything out in a timely manner, were extremely polite and cautious of my things, and even helped me move a few things that I couldn’t do alone.”

“Smooth transaction online. Immediate and follow-up communication with several people including Juan and Patricia. Juan kept me informed of his progress along his route. He and Henry were friendly and efficient in picking up our load. Left the site cleared and debris free. Couldn't be happier with this service. Would highly recommend LoadUp.”
