“Great service! After a hiccup in the beginning, they were able to get a loader to my location and remove an upright freezer with expertise. Tim and his son were very friendly and took care of removing the freezer. I would definitely use them again.”

“As a 1st time customer, it turned out to be a good experience. Scheduling online was great and being able to get it done same day was very convenient. At the onset, the communication with LoadUp directly and the driver was a little nerve wracking. But once I got a response and knew when and what to expect all was good. The guys that came to do the pickup were very courteous and professional.”

“I had an old sofa sleeper, which needed to be disposed of. Thanks to Load Up it’s now gone. Good experience, scheduling was on time and picked up in my driveway. I would certainly do it again if needed.”

“I requested some assistance moving large boxes from one building to another and LoadUp failed to show up. I got nervous after I hadn't heard from anyone for a while, so I reached out via phone call which went absolutely no where. There is no point in having a business phone number if you're never going to use it to communicate with customers. I received a text the morning of my delivery letting me know that my services were going to be delayed, and gave the team a window that I would be unavailable. Hours go by with no response, so I reached out again, and the team let me know that the expectation is that customers are available for a 12 hour window!? I'm sorry, but asking working people to be available for 12 hours with only a 30 minute warning in completely outrageous! What a HORRIBLE experience. Do better LoadUp.”
