“WIthin 24 hours of ordering the service, the job was complete. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Katherine helped me get it set up via telephone to clarify the time and date. It was an assembly for a Restoration Hardware conversion from crib to bed. Where RH failed Loadup, excelled. Thank you, Juan and Katherine!”

“José and Ricardo were absolutely AMAZING. I requested a junk removal for only a few furniture pieces, but they ended up being able to help me remove every single trash bag from my apartment as well (probably 20+), in addition to packing my car with *all* of my belongings. They somehow managed to turn what would have been two days worth of effort for my mom and I (it was nearly 100 degrees out, up and down three flights of stairs) into two hours. I cannot recommend this company enough. I honestly have no idea what I would have done without them.”

“I’m actually blown away by this service. Booking was painless, the upfront pricing was both reasonable and appreciated with zero hidden fees, communication was exceptional the day of pick up, and our two Loaders were professional and so speedy. Figuring out how to get rid of our large items was the most stressful part of our move by far and LoadUp was perfect for what we needed. I also appreciate that they don’t just dump good items but will figure out where to send them for the items to have a second chance. 10/10⭐️”

“Communication with the company and the driver/loader, Matt, were excellent - always keeping me informed of the current status of the order. Matt arrived right on time and proceeded to remove the items for donation/recycling. He and his partner took care not to damage anything and loaded it all up in the trailer. Highly recommend this company! They accomodated the date and timeframe that was requested and have an excellent driver/loader with Matt.”

“My team was amazing! Breno and his partner were fast, professional, organized and easy to work with! It went very smoothly. And they took a ton of heavy bulky furniture. 4 couches, king bed, chaise,2 twin beds, king mattress and lots more! I would use them again.”

“The communication with this company & its contracted drivers was abysmal. I made this reservation in March. It is now the end of July. The driver didn’t know he was picking up from me until I called him & he also was not informed he was picking up 3 mattresses & didn’t have the proper equipment. I also paid a lot of money to have these mattresses removed & donated. There was no confirmation that they were donated! I cannot recommend this company.”

“I requested a pick-up with LoadUp by phone yesterday with John Ray, and paid by phone. He was very helpful, and scheduled a pick-up for me for today. John and his assistant arrived and picked up my furniture this afternoon and were both very nice and helpful. John was very careful with the way he loaded the trailer. Hopefully it will be donated to family who can use it. I highly recommend LoadUp and I would definitely recommend John!”
