“I had my worst experience ever with LoadUp. My total job was a treadmill, a projection TV( Very heavy-about 145 lbs ), a desk and two small entertainment centers. When the loader arrived, he was by himself. No way could he do this job by himself. His excuse was that his partner had broken his leg. Needless to say, after much puttering around, he left the treadmill and the base of the TV behind. Mind you, I myself helped the loader get the TV up the stairs. No way could he do it by himself. He told me he would return the first thing the next morning with a helper to finish the job. The next morning, he did not show and completely disappeared. I informed LoadUp and they told me the job would be reassigned and that a helper would be with the loader this time. Well, the second loader arrived and he too was by himself. He tried to get the treadmill up the stairs by himself but no way could he do it. I helped him by working very vigorously but at the top of the the stairs, he badly scratched my hardwood floor. So, LoadUp sent a single person twice for a two man job. The first loader who said he would return the next morning, totally disregarded me and completely disappeared. They told me the second loader would have a helper, but he didnt. I needed to help him do the job and believe me it wasn't easy. My hardwood floor was badly scratched and will need repair. I should not be doing any work to help the loader. This was a two man job . My floor was damaged as well. What a nightmare”

“Do not use this company! Consumers be aware. No guarantee of pickup time or date plus was charged 50% for canceling my order! I scheduled my order on 10/19 and due to inability to get to a live person via phone or text after several tries, I cancelled on that same day. Mind you my scheduled junk removal was scheduled 9 days out for 10/29 yet they had the audacity to charge me for canceling over a week out for a service date and time that’s not even guaranteed. Do not use. Please save yourself the headaches. This company will be reported by me to state and local consumer protection office and the Better Business Bureau.”

“Arrived on time. Lenard and Shawn were friendly and worked quick. They got an 88" leather rotted sofa out my apt. door in 2 mins. Didn't mark up or damage any walls. Easy to work with. I will recommend them to friends and would for sure use them again. Thank you, LoadUp!”

“When I made my initial order I gave the gal my list of dresser, lamps,side tables, clothes, Kitchen and misc. She gave me a price for a trailer. That morning I tried several times to call for the size of the trailer. Everything is automated. I texted several times with no size. the loader called me around 2 and told me he had my order for 3 items and was bringing his standard truck not a trailer. I had a horrible time trying to talk to anyone. They only want to do TEXT. My appt was between 12-4 They wanted me to wait from 6-7 for a trailer. I was cleaning out a deceased relatives studio apt. and was done at 4 I needed to leave I live 7 hours away. What a nightmare. Would never recommend this company, NO LIVE PEOPLE to answer the phone. Only when you make the initial order. Good Luck.”

“Michael and his assistant were excellent and loaded everything we had set to go. We had a massive amount of large garbage bags and flattened boxes as well as other items. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job and I would recommend Load Up to anyone interested in getting rid of their stuff!”

“BEWARE!!!! SCAM!!!! If I could leave a review less than 1 I would! They damaged home and other items while trying to pick up one item we were trying to relocate! Didn't apologize and didn't make this right - just pointed the finger at 3rd parties!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Take it from this native - just another fluff company with red tape and excuses!”
