“Gabriel was very nice. Called me on the way to me, when he was 30minutes away, and when he was in lobby. He and his helper were efficient and quiet and too bed and all the parts. Also said he would give it to someone who could use it. I asked three times because i really want someone to have it. The bed is new a year old. Thank you load up for your services.”

“10-11 delivery time turned into 4:15 pm. No cloth was used for my new wood floors. Scratches and gouges through out. Delivery guys were not the nicest about it. Who pays for my now damaged floors? NEVER would I use this company again. Nothing about it was easy”

“Reuban and his father, Victor, were very courteous and professional and they took the needed time to make sure all items were carried out of the house carefully. They were able to load all items into their trailer and van with all items being very secure. Even though they arrived outside the given time frame they contacted me as to their ETA and again when they were less than 25 minutes away. Very pleased with choosing LoadUp.”

“Driver arriver arrived 4 hrs late and never called re late arrival. Saw items that needed to be removed as stated on request and said i would need to pay more. Turrned around and left my home.”

“Sign up was easy, payment was easy, and the guys were on time. I was at first told my loveseats were going to the dump, which was upsetting. The older driver then corrected and told me they were delivering to a charity. It would be really very nice to know that this is what happened and to know which charity. That would be a really nice way to follow up. I would have given five stars but for that incident. I picked your company because you emphasized sustainability and repurposing and because This Old House did a good review.”

“My loaders were not prepared with tools when my order stated I needed disassembly. They instead asked for a tip to break the piece apart. The loaders left gouges in my hallway and stairwell that my landlord is mad about. I told the loaders they could come back with the tools they needed and they told me to take it up with the company and then left.”

“Terrible experience. Twelve hour window for pickup and they never showed. Call driver and he let me know he was too busy come or to get ahold of me. Rescheduled for next day. Once again they never showed up. Very quick to take my money but not provide the service I was paying for. When I asked for a full refund they kept asking if I wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not! Now I have to wait up to five business days for the refund and find another hauler. Extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend.”
