“The mover who came out to move my washer and dryer was pleasant although I do not remember his name. He moved my washer and dryer out for me. I know it was in a tight space in my bathroom he got the job done and loaded it up he did a fantastic job.”

“The two LoadUp guys did an exceptional job. The kept me well informed of their ETA throughout the day. Upon the workers arrival, they were very respectful and considered by removing their shoes to avoid tracking snow and water through my home. Also, the LoadUp workers were very professional, kind and friendly great job!”

“1 out of 5, I’m giving the workers a 10. They were amazing. They quickly were able to figure how to move the sofa down a flight a stairs with a narrow pathway. They were professional, proficient, and very nice gentleman! Thank you! I will definitely use your service again!”

“We hired LoadUp to remove a mattress. The very morning they were due to pick it up we received a text from the driver saying he had an emergency with his young child and could we reschedule. We gave him the grace to reschedule for 48 hours later between 8am and 12 pm. When we called to confirm this appt, we were told it could be up to 8 pm at night. We cancelled at that point, being unable to sit around all day and wait, especially since my husband already lost 1 day of work waiting and we were told the rescheduled time would be between 8am and 12pm. Only half of our money was refunded. They charged us a cancellation fee. Keep in mind that they first asked to cancel the original appt. Shame on them! We were kind enough to understand the issue with the driver’s child but they chose to keep half of our money. We would never recommend this business!”

“LoadUp kept up great communication and arrived when they said they would. The person who picked up my sofa was in and out in about seven minutes. He was prepared, professional, and did what was required without any fuss. I highly recommend this service.”

“Horrible service. Appointment booked 4 days in advance. Got a call stating loader would be here between 5 and 6 pm. Then got a call at 6:30 stating they had no loader to send and would have to be rebooked. Then another call saying someone was coming out and would be here by 7pm. Now 7:30 and no show. Do yourself a favor and use a more well known company. Hopefully I get my money back. Something here sounds like a scam. I will rate the refund process after I get my money back i”

“This company really deserves 0 stars! I called to cancel 3 days in advance of scheduled pick up. The customer service rep explained to me there was a 10% cancellation fee. I missed the 10 minute window the day of booking in order to receive 100% refund. The next day I received a phone call from the supervisor explaining to me that there’s a 20% cancellation fee. There’s no communication between departments. The supervisor did not resolve the issue instead proceed to repeat the cancellation policy. When I asked to speak to someone else they were giving me the run around. It all started to feel like 100% scam. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a company! Save your money. Save your sanity and go with a more professional and established company.”
