“the worst. Two days in a row they sent one person, not a "Team". the first time, without a mask as I had requested. They said they would make it up to me by refunding the cost, but then one of them called me back and said that they couldn't refund it all because the one guy did take some items. This is a scam. Do not go near them, no matter how they advertise. You pay in advance, which makes sense. I doubt I will ever see a penny. I will take them to court.”

“I ordered a pickup for a mattress and was given a 12 hour window for pickup. I waited at home for the entire time. I received no communications from LoadUp during that time. With thirty minutes to go (7:30PM) I tried to call, was unable, texted them and they said that they were having difficulties getting someone to come. At 8:30, I again contacted them with text and was informed that no one was coming and asked if the next morning would be OK. I said yes, and then waited all through the next morning and no one came. When I again communicated (phone) with them they said that they could have someone come the next day between 8 and 12. I agreed...the folks came at 1:30 the next day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!”

“This is the worse paid service ever. 1/ service provider was paid before the delivery of the service. 2/ didn’t bother communicate with me. I was left in the dark 3/ I had to beg to have the service provider come on Sunday to deliver a service scheduled for Saturday. I am really disappointed and I need a refund please”

“Very friendly and helpful company! We had a bunch of old, junky furniture that needed removal including a large couch. We were expecting our driver on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, but his truck broke down! Customer service at Go Load Up got me rescheduled right away for the Friday after the holiday and were very apologetic. The new driver called on Friday morning and gave an estimated time of arrival. He was even able to come a little sooner! He and his partner, his son, did a great job, especially with the difficult-to-remove couch. I highly recommend Load Up and will use them again when the need arises.”
