“LoadUp was easy to schedule around my schedule, they showed up when they said they were going to, sent a text they were on the way with the expectation of timing for arrival, quickly removed my old mattress and set up my new one. Would recommend making it easier on yourself by using this service!”

“No show when scheduled, impossible to get in touch with driver; they gave me an out of operation number. On the reschedule, there was still zero communication & the driver showed up at a time when I explicitly said I was unavailable during the rescheduling process, which was very inconvenient because I was forced to accommodate just to get it done. Poor execution and organization on their end.”

“Horrible experience. Showed up hours after the 12-3pm window, and only because I called to find out where he was. Worker said he accepted the job but got his days wrong. I was not flexible with my removal date, and dispatch did not find me a different remover. He showed up hours later and did not have the proper tools to remove my items. He had to use our carts and my boyfriend had to help remove all the heavy items. The next day we found that he had thrown all of my furniture into the dumpster at my apartment, which I had told him was not allowed (the reason I hired removers in the first place). Not to mention load up advertises as a donation service. My furniture certainly did not make it to anyone in need, in addition to making me out of compliance with my lease. When contacting load up they wouldn’t even refund my money after all of this. Highly would recommend staying away from this company.”

“MUCH better estimate/payment system than 800 Got Junk, which only promises to provide a "free estimate" the day of pickup. The "free estimate" system baically leaves you at the mercy of whatever they decide to charge on the day you're planning to get rid of stuff. When I called Got Junk and pressed for a ballpark estimate, it was $150.00 MORE than what LoadUp charged upfront!”

“Disappointed experience. I did everything asked and had a window from 12:00 to 4 for the pickup. Finally after phone calls and messages found out that the team originally given to do the job was changed and job was not done until 7:30. There was poor communication within the company and none with me. Kept getting “ so sorry for the inconvenience “. I spent money for this inconvenience. Which is lip service as my father used to say.”
