“The drivers were Jason and Valerie and they were amazing!! They were very good about communicating what time they would arrive and were very efficient. They were so nice and made the whole process super easy. I would definitely use Load Up again. Two thumbs up!”

“Two very polite clean cut young men removed two full-size sofas from my den. They very quickly mapped out the route to remove the sofas and the furniture was in their truck in under 30 minutes. No damage to my home. A job well done. I would call LoadUp again.”

“Dewayne and Camden were great! Very courteous and friendly and listened to situation. The best part was they were able to remove the sofa sleeper and loveseat without damaging the doorway or disassembling the furniture. Too bad they couldn't take the neighbor's annoying barking dog. :-) Thank you!”

“Jeffrey was the young man that picked up a recliner for me. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this service again. From the time I placed my order until it was completed communication was great and made the process very easy.”

“The two guys from LoadUp came on time, quickly took off the legs and pillows of couch and moved it out of my house in minutes. They were both very nice, I would recommend to friends that need to move furniture!”

“If there was an excellent button I would have checked it. From the time I was informed of the arrival time and when they got here was right on time. The two young men that picked up the chair was very kind and professional. Would call again if needed.”

“I booked and paid. Less than an hour later my neighbor want my sectional. I canceled less than 3 hours and I still get charged 20% fee. Never use you guys ever again”

“The pre-commitment went fine and negotiating the price was very fair. The day before and the day of the move was good with enough communication letting me know when someone would arrive. The people who moved my sleeper couch and loveseat did a great job and were personable. THEN.... I got a call an hour after the pick-up and was told that because I had two flights of stairs they wanted permission to charge me more money for lying to them. Um, I live on the second floor and there are about 13 steps to my condo. Yes, one of these is a landing and because its a landing that means there are "2" flights. Their would be the same number of steps if the "flight" was straight. Also, having the landing made it easy for the remover to readjust and safely move my heavy sleeper couch. I was happy and ready to recommend the service to friends but now I see that they try to nickel and dime you. I was never told about the "2 flights" until after the removers left. They left a bad taste in my mouth with a experience that could have been better.”

“LoadUp scheduled a time to assemble a bed for me, between 12:00 and 4:00 on Friday. Friday morning I was contacted and told they had an issue, could I be flexible and extend time from 8:00 to 8:00. It was an inconvenience, I cancelled appointments, but I agreed. After sitting home all day, at 3:00 I was advised I am out of their area and they cannot set up the bed. Very disappointed in how this was handled.”
