“Cancelled on me the day of pickup. The customer service to get help was purposely difficult to reach. The phone service is no help. Chat took a long time to reply. When I finally reached someone on chat, they were rude and non-helpful. I haven't seen my refund as promised, so I've disputed the charge with my credit card company.”

“Disaster. Driver allegedly shows up... never even saw him... says he can't park... I tell him to look at the top of the street, says he will... disappears. Using a fake phone number. Won't answer his text. No ability to reach Load Up to follow up in any way. Live Chat is automated. Telephone is not reachable. E-mail takes days to get a response.”
