“Very professional from the first phone call to getting the furniture removed. They had availability the next day. Khider and his helper were done moving our furniture out in abt 10 minutes. Great service!”

“Everything worked perfectly and according to plan From booking through to the appointment. The driver contacted me the morning of, advised me of his approximate arrival time and showed up at that time. “They did an excellent job!. Contacted me beforehand so I knew when they were coming. Wrapped every part of a king size bed so it was like brand new. Protected the floor of my clients house so everything was in top shape. I would not hesitate to hire them again.”

“Excellent service from ordering to execution. The phone service representative Violet was super helpful, efficient and polite. The team who picked up the boxspring, Mario and Richard were on time, professional and efficient. They knew what they were doing and I liked the fact that they called ahead of time and gave me a narrower window so I didn’t have to wait around all day. Extremely helpful. “Abdul and his associate - made sure they removed the refrigerator that was just a bit too large to take down the stairs. The fridge was old and also slowly not working - they took the doors off and a few other parts and varied it over the railing! Lots of hard work in in only 25 min. I will use Load up again for sure.”
