“Very friendly customer service. I had an issue when I placed my order and it was rectified quickly. I like that you itemize the load so you know exactly what you are paying. I Can’t believe they were Able to remove my stone patio table off my deck without taking it apart. You get updates on arrival and showed up within the time window. I thought the price was very reasonable for this load. It was a bit of a challenge maneuvering the deck stairs but Cameron and his colleague were Able to do it . Highly recommend .”

“I appreciated the guaranteed pricing when I made the reservation. You do prepay for the service but I used another junk removal service for my spare bedroom furniture and the haggling was unpleasant for me. The assigned crew showed up on time and the communication was excellent on the day of the removal. Would definitely use again!”

“Tyree and his crew, Samuel and Isaiah were professional, courteous and worked together as a very efficient team to empty our storage space and load it onto their trailer. They reflect positively as representatives of LoadUp and we would definitely recommend using this business when you are in need of help moving.”
