“A pretty straight forward request - some leftover packaging garbage left behind, please come pick it up. I sent pictures of the space, they accepted the order. There wasn't much there, so it took the gentleman about an hour. Pictures were to be sent upon completion. I found it odd that pictures of the cleaned-up material in a truck were sent, but not of the finished work inside the space - for good reason it turns out. It is a 35-40min drive, and I found that while all the large pieces were gone, there was a considerable amount of various scrap left. I wasn't expecting a perfect clean up (I had stated it didn't have to be spic and span), but to leave that much behind is an unnecessary annoyance - it took me 15min to finish, which means he couldn't bother to spend that extra 15min to do a passable job. Not what I was expecting for $400+.”

“I was getting pretty frustrated with the 5 changes of times and days for the services. I was glad I didn’t have to take time off work to accommodate the changes. Then Chris and Jonathan came yesterday and relieved all my concerns. They were professional, efficient, friendly & did a 5 star job including cleaning up after they were done. So the scheduling issues get a 4 star but the service gets a 5+stars thanks to Chris and Jonathan!”

“This is the second time that I have used LoadUp and it was just as great, if not better than the first time. The reason I say possibly better is this time I knew that they would do exactly what they said, when they said amd for the quoted rate. Mike kept me informed regarding expected time and showed up right on time. Professional and efficient. Will use them again.”

“I cannot tell you how terrible LoadUp is. A pick up was scheduled for the return of a bed foundation for Friday, June 16. I advised them in advance that they would not be able to communicate through my cell phone on that day prior to 5:00 p.m., but did provide an alternative landline number (advising them that it was a landline) if they needed to contact us prior to 5:00 p.m. After 5:00 on that day I discovered that they phoned the cell line not less than four times. They also used multple cell lines to contact us, making it unclear to which message(s) we should respond. We also received a text message to call them. We did. It went straight to voice mail, and despite leaving a message, the call was never returned, Also, no one showed up that day, and we were never given notice that they would not show up. The pre-arranged pick up was from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. We had someone present throughout and never heard from anyone. The pickup was then rescheduled for Tuesday, June 20 for the same time period. Again, we cautioned them that the cell phone would not be available prior to 5:00 p.m., but that someone would be present during the entire window period they established at the landline provided and at the location for pickup. I still received multiple messages from LoadUp asking me to reschedule several times, even though it was scheduled. On Tuesday, June 20 they again tried to contact us via the cell phone when they knew they could not reach me. The individual driver, John, to his credit did call the landline. He did show up. He did pick up the frame. He did not leave us a receipt. I received two more messages today from LoadUp to reschedule the service, despite communicating with them previously to tell them that the foundation was picked up, but that they failed to leave us a receipt to request a refund from the company for whom the bed foundation was picked up. They seem to be completely incapable of communicating properly, even within their own company, and in keeping proper records. I would never recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.”

“I was completely satisfied with the service that was provided to me on Thursday, June 22, 2023. For the service provided by Driver, Jarid Adkins, Junkhaulic, he was more than very good-outstanding. He called the morning of the appointment as promised and was at my house when he said he would be. He was very helpful and explained the entire process. I will use his service from now on.”

“Jaden and Roderick were two very professional and efficient gentlemen who assembled a wrought iron bed for me today. It was. 4 poster including multiple parts which included the box spring and mattress. I would recommend them to assemble whatever is needed. They were very respectful and courteous to this senior citizen. Give those two a bonus .”

“This is a review of an appointment that i had with LoadUp on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. The driver, CharWel, Quick Light, called at 8am and said he was on the way. He called back around 1130am to have me take pictures of what I wanted picked up which I did and texted to him on his personal cell number. I didn’t hear anything back so I called him, no answer, I texted him and asked him to call me and he didn’t, not a word! I then received a call from someone named Latham from Upload telling me the appointment was cancelled and i would have to reschedule. This was very frustrating and disappointing service and it caused me a LOT of STRESS. I am not dissatisfied with LoadUp, it was the Driver.”

“First, I chose LoadUp to remove mattresses and frames and install a new mattress and frame because, simply, they were the ones who answered the phone. Due to setbacks in the delivery of my new mattresses I had to make changes to my order three more times. On every occasion I worked with a professional contact person from the Hialeah branch who was polite, understanding and helpful! The delivery team equally performed at the same standard of excellence. Thank you!”
