“My mattress and box springs were to be picked up between 12:00 and 4:00 PM Eastern. They arrived at 5:48 PM, which was a problem for me. I had scheduled for someone to come and set up my new bedroom set at 4:15. As your team arrived so late, the company that was setting up my new bedroom set had to move the mattress and box springs to my living room. I contacted the company when they didn't arrive at 4:00 PM and no one ever responded to me as promised. So, to all out there, if you expect this company to arrive when they promised they would, you will be very disappointed. I feel I should get a refund as I had to have someone else do part of their job. Don't call them.”
