“I received a text to advise that the loader was on the way. Also they called to let me know they were about 15 minutes away. Our window for pick up was 8-12 and they were at about 8:25. Perfect. Once he arrived greeted me very nicely. He was in and out in couple minutes.”

“I called LoadUp yesterday to arrange a loveseat removal. The drivers arrived on time this morning and courteously removed the furniture quickly. I appreciate this company's pricing system and professionalism. I will definitely call them again!”

“They arrived a day later then requested despite confirming the original date. Showed up late the day they did actually show up. They state on the website 2 people will come to remove the furniture, but only one did so it took nearly 5 hours to remove 7 pieces of furniture. I was using them to clear an apartment before I moved, but ended up having to delay the move because of them. Any attempts to contact their support were meant with silence or them telling me “We do see that your order was completed and that we were ultimately able to provide the service.”. So if you actually want to get a junk removal service that will show up on time and with the correct amount of people I would look elsewhere!”

“Michael Holmes was my contact for Load up. I recently bought my first house and have spent the last 5 months remodelling and updating the property. I have a few different items and a lot of cardboard to throw away. He answered all of my questions and was very informative about the process and pricing up front. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism he displayed. I’ll definitely be calling him in the future for any junk removal I may need for my home or job sites I’m working at.”

“We purchased a mattress, and UpFront confirmed they would pick up the old mattress on three different dates. Each day I had to reach out to ensure they were still coming. The next day they sent an apology stating they could not find a partner to pick up the mattress. Due to rain and HOA requirements, we had to move the bed back into the garage nightly. We were told for the 3rd time they would be here today (11/13) to p/u mattress. I texted at 2p inquiring if they would be here today, and the response was we couldn't find anyone to make this p/u. I provided the name and number of another company's pick-up contact. They contacted this company, and my mattress was picked up. They need to be upfront about arranging p/u and need more connections to provide this service. This is the company Helix Mattress uses for FREE pick-up.”

“I paid for Loadup to pickup my couch. They couldn't find a loader in our area even though we are in a supported city, so they opted to just not fill the order we paid for. We're out $114 and still have our couch that we need removed.”
