“So happy we found Load Up. We have had an old basketball goal in our yard for years, trying to figure out how to move it! We found Load Up, and they came the next day—excellent communication, price, and service. Highly recommend!”

“Kevin and his team were fantastic! They were so helpful, professional, thoughtful, and super great at their job! I cannot recommend LoadUp more! The preparation for the moving team was also great! Very helpful and communicative! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend this company and that team!”

“Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I canceled my order well over 24 hours in advance and they still insisted in charging me a 20% cancellation fee stating that there was no way to waive this fee I will be canceling the order and returning the product that I purchased from their partner company And letting them know that their third-party partner is charging their customers for services not rendered.”
