“Getting rid of our old mattress was the easiest thing ever with LoadUp! Arranged it online, left mattress outside (for $5 discount), they came first thing, loaded it, I signed a form and DONE!”

“The loader/driver William was very professional and courteous, as were his two assistants. They arrived within the estimated time window and completed the load-out quickly. In my opinion, the LoadUp online process for scheduling the job was very straightforward and I appreciated the up-front pricing. Another plus for LoadUp was they were willing to remove the items from my 2nd floor walk-up apartment (for a $10 fee). Other companies I researched would only remove items from the 1st floor (with no option to service a 2nd floor apartment).”

“I used Load Up The pricing is upfront you select what you need removed there’s a $10 charge per flight of stairs if it’s coming out of your basement or stairs are involved. In some cases you can get same-day service. The workers were polite on time and determined to remove my old refrigerator from my basement I knew it would be tough but they got it done”
