“Took less than 24 hours from sending the request to picking up my items. Communication was great and pricing was very fair. I was sent a text when they were on their way and the whole experience was easy. Highly recommended”

“This was such an easy process! Saturday, I went on their website, checked off a mattress pickup for today, and it's been picked up. The driver kept me updated on his arrival time and the price was very reasonable. I'll use LoadUp again!”

“Easy to book - Reasonable price - Good communication … From the moment I reached out to them online, their responsiveness was impressive. They promptly replied and provided me w/ a convenient link to calculate the cost of the pickup. Because it was more of a property cleanout; furniture, exercise equipment, washer, etc from the basement, along w/ beds from the 1st and 2nd floors and a fridge from the garage. I just sent pictures which made the quote process transparent and straightforward. I signed up, paid, and the workers arrived on the requested day … I was surprised that they weren't using a company truck etc - but the Toyota Rav4 w/ trailer seemed to work out OK. The two ladies (mother and daughter) and a young man were so helpful, professional, thoughtful, and super great at their job! I was very impressed and pleased … I really appreciate the ability of the crew to take everything out to the curb first, then load the trailer. That way, we didn’t have to wait around for them to come back and retrieve the second load. They did a great job! Very careful moving out everything! I appreciate their attention to detail. Luz and the two “junk haulers” turned out to be the most considerate, cheerful, reliable, courteous and professional movers I’ve had in awhile … Great experience. The price is fair, the crew was on time, and everything was taken without issues. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.”

“The pick-up team arrived & removed the appliance for me very quickly. Weren't here more than 5 minutes. They did a good job. I was surprised that they weren't using a company truck etc - but it seemed to work out OK.”

“Our garage refrigerator quit and food was melting fast. I called UPLOAD in Killeen, Texas to arrange removal quickly. UPLOAD was quick and easy and very professional in an emergency. Pickup was next day and so easy to arrange. Next day pickup was within a four hour window and Justin picked up at the very beginning of the four hour window. It took less than ten minutes to load up and say good-by to the dead frig. So easy I would call again when I need a removal at our home. S. Tagstrom”

“I thought I had paid for an hour’s reservation for two guys to rearrange furniture. After less than 50 minutes I asked Marlon to slide a mirror less than 5’ he told me I had only requested two items to be moved. I told him I paid for an hour and I still had 10 minutes. He rudely told me he needed to go fix a tire and left. No, Marlon Was not acceptable but his helper was.”

“Better than very good. It was excellent in every way. They removed my old pieces, assembled my new piece, placed it, got my TV all hooked up and this senior lady would not be more appreciative. They took all debris with them. Best service ever.”
