“My pick up window was 8-12 in the morning. i had 11 items and book the appointment a week ahead of time. First contact was 9:30am when i reached out to them, their estimate was 12 noon. At 1:30pm i reach out again and they said 2-3pm. They showed up at 2:20. I wasted a whole day sitting at home for them to come. Not happy at all. I had all items in my garage for them. I can't imagine giving them more business unless you just have to have mattress disposed of.”

“My slot was booked between 8-12. At 11:30 I got a call that the truck got a flat and they were getting it replaced and would be on their way. I asked for an ETA and received nothing. At 1 I checked in and asked if there was an update and was told the tow truck was close and they’d be coming righth after that. At 3pm I had to ask for another update and was then told they needed to go and get the tired first and they just picked it up and should be fixing it soon. I understand that some circumstances and unplanned, but it is frustrating to have to keep reaching out for any progress while my couch is in pieces standing in my kitchen. If a service is going to be outside of 2 delivery windows, it would be helpful to have the person provide updates or to have them request a different truck be sent out. It’s been 8 hours and I still don’t know when my stuff will be picked up because the driver has only provided vague updates along the way.”

“All’s well that ends well. Communications day of delivery was not the best. Seemed to be some confusion with multiple drivers assigned to pickup. Did not receive ETA until late in the assigned delivery window resulting in sitting around for three hours forty five minutes waiting for the truck to arrive. Could have used that time to run a few errands. Once the truck arrived guys were great, very friendly, personable and professional. Thank you.”

“They were a little late but that’s okay..I believe they were having a busy day…he apologized for being late…my recliner loveseat was a heavy beast they were able to move it out into the bed of the pickup truck in no time at all…I was impressed…thanks guys!”

“Although there was some miscommunication as to time when the young man arrived he did an excellent job to remove my old furniture. He was polite and gracious and it seems overworked. Hope all your employees are this efficient and nice”

“I live in West L.A. and I've used several junk removal services over the years. LoadUp is the best of them all. A price that can't be beat, responsive management, and courteous workers. I'll use them again, and I recommend that you do too.”

“I was very impress with Catalina calm professional approach in sorting out the details on how they would be able to lift this heavy couch on to the truck with the light weight equipment they showed me and how easy the steps were to completion. The helper stood aside with no interruptions as Catalina explain the process. This team fully gave a good representation that was good for the company.”

“We scheduled LoadUp a week in advance to come haul a few items away from our home. The day arrived and we got a call from the loader who informed us that they couldn't make it because they were busy "moving" and they might be able to come "late" the next day. We called a larger competitor (you know the one) and had them come out the same day with no issue. When I called LoadUp to get a refund, they informed us that they would only be able to refund 50% of the order due to it being a same day cancellation. This company contracts out haulers so your experience will come down to that person's schedule, where the company seems to have no control or oversight. This was frustrating because we spent all morning preparing for the driver to arrive only for them to cancel an hour before service, also triggering the partial refund. Please do yourself a favor, call another hauler - don't let this company take your money and run.”
