“The people who took the item were pretty unprofessional. First they pulled up in the wrong alley. They left their tools in the truck, so instead of removing the legs, tried to get it out with legs on and in doing so, scratched my new hardwood floor as well as gouged the drywall and scratched the frame around the elevator. I pointed out the damage to them and asked what the claims procedure was. They said to just write the company. I did write to load customer service and sent pictures of the damage. I'm still awaiting a response.”

“Miguel, Kyle and Jason from your Des Planes location, handled our double job of junk hauling and moving for us. They did a wonderful job and we couldn’t be happier. They were on time, they were neat and clean, they were very polite and well spoken and they worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with them and to work with a company who hires employees of such high caliber. The cost estimate that was given, and the final price that was charged were almost identical and very fair. There were no hidden fees. We would definitely recommend your company.”
