“I was looking online for a local company to remove an old mattress. I contacted load up and received a response within minutes. Furthermore, they opened a text thread with me and we communicated back-and-forth to lockdown the details and answer any additional questions. I felt like they were very responsive, and very helpful. My removal took place in the timeframe. I scheduled it. The team assigned to come get the mattress communicated very well with me and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend LoadUp .”
