“First of all the communication on appointment and arrival were awesome. Hector and Bobbi Jo were absolutely hard working and an amazing team. They took special care in protecting my home during removal of my treadmill…They explained on location…every step along way of what was necessary to get the job done… Can do attitude! 👍”

“Try dealing with a business that actually does the work vs a business that outsources the work. When the actual movers came they said they weren’t able to take everything that was itemized in the contract. Loadup should have arranged another truck. This was a whole house cleanup.”

“Overall excellent service by Cody and his helper. My appointment was between 12-4. Lets start with the texts. First one arrived about 12:30 telling me Cody was on his way. Second text said Cody would be at my place between 1:00-2:00. That was very helpful since my appointment was 12-4. I believe Cody and his helper got to my place around 1:45. We had the recliner ready to go except we couldn't get the back off. No problem, they knew how to release the catch. The took the chair out through the side door off the bedroom. I gave them the instructions that came with the chair, we talked about all the features, recline in multiple positions, heat and massage. I signed the paperwork and they left. Overall it took around 15 minutes. Very efficient and well worth the money to have Load Up dispose of my recliner. I'll be sure to use them next time I need things removed.”

“I want to thank Michael for getting the job done. However it's a shame that I the customer had to help move my old mattress. LoadUp, you sent one man with a pickup truck and a hand truck to pickup a King Size Purple Mattress. Those Purple Mattresses are extremely heavy and flopping. It was impossible for him to do alone without causing damage to my property. To get the job done I was force to help him. Smh. That's not what I paid for. My New Big Fig Mattress better be great because now my back hurts.”

“The worst company I ever have the bad experience to work with, I use to be a loader, The driver are treated like trash, we not have not right to speech and for any reason Load up hold your money and not want to pay the jobs you do for them, For is all about the customer, they treat the driver like workers machines, they are not care about the fact that you spend your gas, put miles on your vehicle and time, the worst experience as hard worker I ever have in my life, if you as driver need to make some extra cash, DO NOT DO LOAD UP, you are wasting your time and destroy your vehicle over nothing, is not work it.”

“The mover who came out to move my washer and dryer was pleasant although I do not remember his name. He moved my washer and dryer out for me. I know it was in a tight space in my bathroom he got the job done and loaded it up he did a fantastic job.”

“The two LoadUp guys did an exceptional job. The kept me well informed of their ETA throughout the day. Upon the workers arrival, they were very respectful and considered by removing their shoes to avoid tracking snow and water through my home. Also, the LoadUp workers were very professional, kind and friendly great job!”
