“Very good price. The movers were great. My issue- miscommunication through the app. My text/email received delivery day included the driver, his number & my pick up time 12-4, however it also stated your driver is on the way. I tried the number 3x it went to VM each time. I called customer service they could not reach the driver but reassured me that my items would be taken between 12-4. The workers arrived as scheduled but I did not receive a call 30 minutes ahead as stated in the app.”

“No problems what so ever! They quickly found my appartment door which is complicated for many delivery services. Quick and strong, they picked up my couch as promised. Also very friendly. Thank you loadup!”

“Today was my first experience using LoadUp to remove a sofa and loveseat from my home. I was pleasently surprised as to how easy and reliable their service worked. Contact followup was prompt on booking and appointment times were spot on. I will use them again if needed. J”

“I wish I never booked Loadup. From the beginning I disclosed I wanted three (3) heavy items moved. I even sent pictures of the heavy items, the stairs and hallway. Loadup finally told me my items were too heavy for them. But Loadup kept on texting and calling me to close this deal! Because Loadup kept calling & texting me I booked them. Big mistake. Then I found out that they wouldn't do my move, too heavy. So I cancelled my booking within an hour on that same day. They kept my $40.80 deposit. Reason I suggest you hire another moving company is other moving companies were willing to move my 3 heavy items. So you can do better, I did too but it cost my $40.80 to learn this lesson from Loadup. Funny thing is I'm still getting marketing messages from Loadup & I appealed their $40.80 charge. If they refund my $40.80, I'll update this review.”

“Awesome Ali and his partner were more than outstanding. I had added another item to my order. They fixed my screen door which had not been able to stay open. Extremely helpful. The automatic Lifting chair had to be disassembled before they could move it out. They ready went beyond my expectations. I would recommend you to anyone and will call you next time I need junk removed ******”

“There is nothing that could have been better about LoadUp's service. Not only does the driver keep you updated on arrival time via text, but the customer is given his phone number so that we can call or text him if we wish. Their removal & assembly of the bed parts was top-notch as well. I recommend them as highly as possible!”
