“On 12/1/2024 I ordered a pick up for a king size mattress and base. Their response was they would schedule a time and let me know. I heard nothing from t hem. On 12/8/2024 I had not heard from them so I called Got Junk. They were here within a couple hours to pick it up and very friendly to work with. On 1/3/2025 Loadup showed up at my door to get the mattress. Over a month had gone by. I told them I no longer needed the pick up. They are very difficult to deal with with emails, texts and phone. They are refunding me 50% of the amount I paid because I didn't notify them 24 hours in advance. Interesting, as no appointment was ever set up. I only got a text that said they were on their way a half hour before they arrived. I would not recommend using this company.”

“Beware of hidden cancellation charges! We had to cancel 24 hours before they were supposed to come out, but we were still charged a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel day of delivery, it’s 50%. You can’t find this information unless you dig halfway through their terms of service. Never would’ve gone with this company if I knew this ahead of time. We lost everything in a flood due to Hurricane Helene, and I was trying to get rid of a bed frame we can no longer use. Now this company is taking advantage of me just like so many other companies that tried to take advantage of us after the hurricane. Their website says that they provide “clarity”, but instead they provide terrible customer service and the opportunity to take advantage of you if you need to cancel for any reason, no matter how much time you provide for your cancellation. I tried to explain my situation, but was told that’s their policy so tough luck. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.”

“Lead loader John and his helper were prompt, courteous and very professional and although they had to dig out a couple the items they did everything I asked for and more. They represented your company very well. Whatever you are paying these 2 guys it’s not enough. Very nice men I owe them a big thank you. I have some additional items that I will make available soon and I will request John to be the lead loader. Thanks!”

“2 hours late after the 4 hour window, and they didn’t call to inform me they were coming, they called when they we’re at front door. They didn’t wear booties or ask if they should wear booties. They track dirt in my house.”

“Very easy to work with! Great communication when setting up appointment. Joy and Kim were very professional! Leon and Arion were exceptional when picking up furniture! Very polite and hard workers. It was a good experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend UpFront!”

“Service was performed on time noted by loader. They were very courteous and quick to empty storage unit. I definitely would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to have unneeded items removed, and the price was MORE than satisfactory, of which I am very pleased. Great job, thanks!”

“I only had one item, so it wasn't an extensive order. But the process of setting up the removal was easy. Their representative showed up on time and was very courteous. My item was heavy and difficult to manage but he handled it by himself. I would consider using LoadUp again.”
