“Called to see if they could pick up hours earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. Told them I was not home which was ok with them and when I returned home the item was gone. Will use this company again”

“One scheduled appointment and one rescheduled appointment did not happen - no phone calls and the numbers provided for the drivers were never answered when called. They suggested rescheduling again - I don’t think so. Very disappointing service.”

“The winkled company gave a a four hour window to allow the pick up drivers to arrive (12-4) but I didn't have to wait that long they came at 1 pm. They were very kind, helpful and professional. I'm very much satisfied with them. Thank you!”

“On the date scheduled for pickup the "loader" who agreed to do the pickup was a no-show. I called LoadUp and they made an appointment for the next day with another "loader". The "loader" crew that arrived on time was a 5 star crew. They adeptly disassembled my huge treadmill and carted it away.”

“Loved the job my driver have done Hantz Henricy in Port St Lucie he was kind, responsible, on time, kept a professional distance, and caring of the items he handled this is some of the reasons I continue to do business with dedicated companies that care about their customers, and the needs of others no matter the situations. “Excellent service. The two gentleman were courteous, clean, and quick. If we are in need of pick up and disposal again we will definitely be calling LoadUp! they gave us a time window of between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm and they were here shortly after 12:00 pm! We didn’t have to spend our afternoon waitin!”
