“Its great they are back open. We both needed a 'directors chair with side table'. We found it and bought two, they were on offer.The staff member at the front door, asked what we were looking for, and pointed us in the right direction. The staff are always willing to help with a smile and willing to have a laugh. Husnand scout leader and me beimg a guide leader , we always appreciate you”

“Store location 1440 assistant Heather. Excellent service in Preston from Heather. She spent a long time with me when I bought walking boots and wellies last week. She was patient and helpful and very pleasant. I don’t like buying footwear but Heather made it all ok.”

“We went for trousers, jacket and snood and our helpful member of staff was able to meet our requirements on two items and give direction on the third. Another member of staff was able to help us on a different enquiry. A very good experience.”

“Fantastic knowledge of my Son's bike that had suffered vandalism. The bike had originally come from another shop and they were unable to repair for weeks!. Mark sorted it and it was road worthy again. Nothing was to much trouble!. Hence I will not be returning it to other store but I will use Go outdoors from now on!. Cambridge store 1483.”

“Excellent customer service from Hannah at Chatham branch who was very knowledgeable about the ski wear. I successfully purchased a ski jacket and sallopetes for the first time in years and in the sale too. The discount card costs £5 per year and saves you more than that many times over. It's a no brainer and well publicised. I renew mine when I need to make a new purchase but always use Go Outdoors as I always find the staff helpful and the stores well stocked. Nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely be continuing to shop at Go Outdoors.”

“I visited to the colchester branch last week ahead of my expedition to kilimanjaro. i was served by Andrew at locaton code 1366 who was very knowledgable on climbing . He was so professional and helpful i insisted on his name so i could write a review.If you visit the colchester store ask for Andrew !”

“Ian at the portrack branch Teesside is such a STAR!!! There has been many a time in all honest I haven’t found the customer service here very good. “Theresa at Gooutdoors in Hanley today was expert. She was obviously extremely knowledgeable about the walking shoes that I needed. She described their features very quickly and professionally. She had lots of self and humour without being gushing or over selling and desperate. I had immediate confidence in her salesmanship and expertise and I will be coming to her again for advice about all sorts of stuff that I need from Gooutdoors . Just brilliant. Hope she has some advice about tents 😂😂”
